Multiple cleanings throughout the day, waste baskets and paper towels in every booth and every room, a bathroom that feels safe to use, more than 3 video machines working at any one time. Some people should show up with $13 and when they say it's $15, say "never mind" and leave. Or even better, give them $20 and when they give you $5 back, request either the remaining $2 or a full refund!
Drove by around 2:30 and decent amount of cars in the lot so I figured I would walk through.
