The raids last year were political posturing because of the may election in hopes of distraction. It was also for the money. After the results didn't go their way, no more reason to bother the massage parlors, because this year there is no election.

I'm curious how it is open again? Did the state lose the court battle? The city allowed the permit? How does this all work?

The intent was not to shut it down, they need them to be open so they can get another bust in the future to get their funding. The early 2010's bust was for profit and the 2023 bust was for a distraction. If they need to raid it again theyll let it operate for a while and do no enforcement at all for months or years and then raid when they need to make themselves look good. Same concept as drug enforcement when a police levy needs renewed, they don't want the big fish, they want the middle of the road guy that they can take an ounce bag it up in 28 individual baggies, put it in the news, and make it look like they are doing something to make the voters feel safer. Rinse, repeat. That's how its gone since 1972.

Nobody there, no one came, except me, while I visited. Greeted by Kim, mamasan I assume, taken to room and was told Cindy would be with me momentarily. The good, everything is fresh, new carpet, sauna shower clean and there still renovating. Cindy was nice, table shower which has sorely missed was good as well. No negotiations, only asked what I wanted, she said ok and left for a second and came back with a platter with a towel lube and 2 covers. Not sure why two maybe msog dunno? BBBJ, daty multi positions. Massage to start, more massage and back walk to finish, full amount of time. The down side, no kissing, not for everyone I know but I prefer the GFE, body slide would be a nice perk, it's been off the table for so long now, Kim if you are mama bring it back. As far as Cindy goes a bit older, what used to be the norm in warren, I bit taller pretty slender with some not over sized man mades (I think). Kind of like a 50 k Michelin tire with 40 k on it. Still good but when kicking tires something a little lower mileage would be nice but over all fills a giant year plus void. The fact they are dumping money in makes me believe they have all the proper licensing which is no guarantee they won't be raided tomorrow but again if you didn't have what is required by the city why renovate. 70 for the house 140 for the college fund, was going to do 120 brought 140 not knowing what to expect, felt she earned the extra Jackson.

I can't find anything Criminal or civil on either spa. This is definitely public knowledge and there is no way to keep it utr after a grand jury indictment! Please post the case #, court system or a link so we can see this for ourselves. Besides Tigers tax lein, that's about it. Thank you and really looking forward to this info.

Their legal counsel has advised them to stay out of state until issues resolved. I doubt they will see any money as that was the primary goal.

#5 The Money! Sara is the registered owner of Tiger. Either her or an agent of hers would have to come forward and say the $100,000 belongs to me and I want it back! Once that happened there would be multiple charges filed against her and she could potentially look at an unfavorable legal situation! No ask, no give! As of now, the state has the money and it is unclaimed and after the proper cooling period it will be claimed by the prosecutors office.

Again, I looked for the cases you spoke of and can't find a morsel of evidence. Please share with us?

Tell Jeannie to be truthful and tell you that they haven't asked to reopen the spa or tried to license it again.

Silence and short direct statements are always your best friend! Don't be an asshole or ignorant! I'm sorry officer, am I being detained for something! Ask them to please write the ticket for the traffic violation if that is what it is for! They won't, and that's it!

I had this happen to me last year in in Tallmadge leaving Pearl spa and I kept cool calm and collected. Cop asked if I was day drinking? I said as a matter of fact. I don't drink alcohol at all! Where are you coming from? Pearl Spa! I got a massage! Do not lie. They know the truth of where you where and lying will open doors you can't close!

For a traffic stop it really shouldn't matter where you are going or coming from. Those questions have no bearing on an improper lane change or whatever. Don't say anything, but if you do answer about "where you coming from", as IOC said, don't lie. They already know the answer. If you lie to them about the thing they already know, they will suspect you are lying about everything and continue to pressure you.

Keep it polite, keep it brief, and keep it on topic (of they say you didn't stop, didn't signal, didn't have your seatbelt on, whatever, just ask for the ticket and be on the way. If they ask you questions about the spa, there is nothing illegal about getting a massage.

Stopped out after seeing some of you mention it was open. Just like the days of old. .7 hr /1.4 tip. Totally forgot to ask the girl's name. Short, cute, tight body, and amazing cans. One in particular was next to some type of a night club, consequently a large parking lot. Often when I was at the spa the police would be sitting at the opposite end of the lot. Never had an incident, however the spa manger said the police were often out there.

Not sure if that is how some LEO spend a break or lunch. Or were they collecting information.

Went last week after hearing good experiences on this board. I was hoping to find this little one with the bubble butt I heard mentioned and asked to see who they had there. Tiger was closed and looks like it won't ever re-open.

Hot Sun Spa had all the parking lights on. 10 PM. But nobody there and all doors locked.

I had to be back in Warren today and checked out Hot Sun Spa. At 10 AM. All doors locked and nobody there.

Tried calling several listed numbers and the number on the front sign. Got a message saying Sorry the number you have dialed cannot be reached at this time.

I think they have closed them all down again.

I could be wrong. I just don't know.

I finally made a visit to sunny spa in Warren. Like others have reported it's a little better than what I used to be but not quite up to tiger standards. Drew Heidi. 70/160. Was an OK experience an awful lot was covered. For the money, not sure I would repeat with her.

I called them a few weeks ago so I definately stumbled on it and deleted it from my phone now I can't find it so what's the rest of the one ending in 892. Also odd to me there has not been more buzz.
