It is okay to haggle, but go for an all-or nothing. If you're not going to get what you want at a rate you can live with, just leave. The vibe is already killed at that point, and the rest of the session will be disappointing.

If they are willing to take the offer negotiation it is best to just pack up after the rub and head to another AMP for a second round.
