Looks like she's either changed phone numbers (old one had a 551 area code) or there are more than one provider using the same ad.

All these sites seem to be versions of the same site: CityXguide.

I'd never heard of it, so I googled that too.

If you go there, you might see some providers you recognize, but there are lots and lots of these obviously fake Asian ads, where the photos of the models have obviously been borrowed from Japanese porn or something.

You'll notice that exactly 0 of them have a local area code.
