Negotiate that up front first & foremost that payment is made upon completion.

If the girl insists on payment up front then SWers get kicked to the curb, Escorts I don't waste my time with, or if I went to the escort & they insists on payment up front I tell them I forgot the money in the car & take off.

If it's someone I'd really want to try I will show them I have the money but will not pay up front.

That isn't to say I haven't fronted a girl money, but that's rare & only 10-20 bucks at most & it usually works out, if not then she fucked up & will not see her until she makes it good.

After getting, scammed, ripped off, piss poor service etc I've learned that the school of hard knocks is the best teacher & learned very quick to pay upon completion of service.
