Doing well enough that lack of money hasn't stopped me from doing anything for 7 years. I didn't post to stir the pot or brag, I was just trying to point out that there are valid, logical reasons why sometimes it makes sense to pay premium rates if you can afford to do it.

As an example, when considering total cost my most expensive appointment last year was red headed Jessica. The 20 minutes I spent with her cost me 3 k but I only gave her 120.
