Sorry last post disapeared before I finished.A couple years ago a guy I used to work with picked up a bsw on Crain Hwy near Empire Towers.He said she was riding a bicycle.A friend of mine was at Chuckee Cheese on Ordnance Rd.When he went outside for a smoke,a wsw propositioned him on the sidewalk in front of the place.He was with his girlfriend and kids so nothing happened.These are very isolated and unusual occurrences.Like Bmore Slim said you will have better luck in Baltimore city.
