I don't know any of them by name LOL but I got a nice lady once like the second or third time being there I paid for 90 mins and I made a little bit of a mess on myself and she just giggled and said go take shower. It's two things, first and probably foremost, locals in those areas are not complaining. I'm sure deputy sheriffs drive by those places dozens of times a week and "know" that what's going on inside is a violation of TCA § 39-13-513. But in the end at most it's a Class B Misdemeanor, nearly impossible to catch the mongers, and even to catch the provider it would take a lengthy investigation involving several officers, warrants, stings, etc. In short to much work for to little gain unless some local big-shot has sand in their vagina about men having an orgasm.
The second thing however is more serious. The TBI is really focused right now on "Human Trafficking", which is a major felony, ergo more bang-for-the-buck in terms of padding their compstat reports. As a result all the resources they have and partnership for local cops are going in that direction. Basically the TBI is going after 1.) gangs who run groups of women, mainly foreign women and 2.) people who are selling children for sex.
