Hello, am new to this, just want to be cautious. I posted about a dream with a young GFE, received many requests for contact info. The question is, could uncle Leo use replies to PMs as evidence of illicit activity. In other words, how do I know which members to reply to? Appreciate any insight you have, thanks!

It's pretty obvious by now that the NSA is monitoring everything that moves in the States but I don't see them taking an interest in what happens here. As far as CPD is concerned, I don't see how they could legally obtain it.
All that being said, I think that's a personal decision. We have set the site up for anonymity, we don't know anything about our members beyond the email they gave us to register nor do we want to. If some crazy prosecutor in Cincy successfully extradited me to the US and put me on the stand in my beloved Queen City I could truthfully say,"Cisco9000, oh yeah I know him, his email address is joeblow at google" and nothing more.* If I was there, I think I would emulate the formula that seems to work all over the states. I would be selective who I shared with until they had established a history here.
*(That would assume I'm still alive after I collected all the IOU BBBJ's my spinner posse owes me)

I have exchanged many text messages and pm's with Molly, and our discussions were no different than what we read with her public posts on a regular basis. I have enjoyed informal chats with her when she was at the 'boat house', on the beach and from her apt, at various hours of the day and night. A phantom 'writer' would have to be attached to her side to do her posts, texts and pm's so consistently. I'm certain she's the real deal and would be absolutely shocked to find out otherwise or that she had any help at all with her 'wordsmithing'. She's beautiful, clever, articulate, creative adventurous and charming. Who could ask for anything more.

I have seen this doll numerous times and she is one if my ATF. From what I can tell everything is on the menu and it is exceptional. Very thin very experienced and highly recommended. Will repeat many times. She has no idea who I am so this is not about getting something in return. This is what a pse and GFE is supposed to be. MF
My good friend sometimes writes my ads, but not because I cannot write for myself. I have him write an ad for me when I am pressed for time, or sometimes he just writes an ad for me for fun, in order to pass the time at his office job. BTW, he is not a professional writer or marketing exec. I always edit the ads to my liking, using my own wording. That's why you cannot tell a difference between his ad copy and my board postings. Regardless of who writes my ads, I think that we can all agree that they are fun to read, and much better than reading the exact same ad year after year. Honestly, doesn't it get boring reading the same ad time after time, year after year?
Think of it this way. You choose a builder to build you a specific style of house, such as a Tudor. He builds the 'foundation' of the house for you, and then you 'decorate' it to suit your individual design tastes. I choose a 'theme' for my ad, such as my latest 'roller girl' ad, and he creates the 'foundation' of the ad. Then, I take that ad and 'decorate' (or edit) it to my own personal tastes. That is why you can't tell a difference between my ads and my board postings.
As for my ability to write, keep in mind that I graduated from IU with a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, and I spent 2 years in grad school at UC's prestigious College of Engineering, for those of you that do not know already. In terms of my writing qualifications, I have written grant proposals for the EPA, NSA, NSF, and other scientific and educational institutions.
I'm sorry if I have 'burst the bubble' on all my supportive USA members, but I cannot take all the credit for my ad writing prowess.
Hmmm. Maybe Sasha and I will team up and offer ad writing services for those ladies whose education and / or writing ability is below average. Heck, maybe we can even write reviews in the Phat-DATY style for all you lovely hobbyists as well.

For example, what if a SP was involved in a serious criminal matter and LE searched all the members who have reviewed this SP recently. Could LE subpoena this site and ask for names and email addresses and request us to come downtown for an interrogation? Could LE determine the location where we log into and pay us a visit fishing for info?

It was my impression that she is a very intelligent and clever business woman. I was sad when our conversation ended.
I've meet a few on here and all have been smart ladies, just in a very atypical line of work.

Info it seems the servers are in Dubai UAE. So the subpoena would go through the United Arab Emirates. I doubt they would respond to the subpoena. To make it even more complicated the NS record shows a German company Intergenia as (I guess) the hosting company, but the servers physically exist in the UAE.

The only real question would be are there logs showing what IP address logged in as what user name. Otherwise all they would have is my username and my bogus email address.
PS I like using Firefox, because there is a button to create new private window, which stores nothing in the history. Easy and safe. The top left button turns purple to let you know you are in a safe session. But don't do what I just did. I came back to my computer and there was my session just sitting there like I left it. I forgot to close the browser. How did I manage to do that??? But no one saw it.

If they wanted to go after this sight it would be a whole lot easier to set up a sting or go after the advertisers on here. No subpoena would be needed to do this!

Anybody know of a UTR girl that does outcalls to north cincy at a reasonable rate? I'm exhausted at the end of the day (as in getting old as F. K) and sometimes don't feel like driving across town and back. She doesn't have to be a spinner, but not too big.

Hypothetically, what if you wrote a review of a SP that you had a date with her on Friday afternoon and her body was found dead in her incall a few hours later? Could LE track you down based on your review to ask you questions?

If it's a choice between serving a subpoena through three or four separate nation states (remember we aren't in the US either) in order to then try and figure out who you are from your IP (can anybody say "offshore VPN?") they have to go through your ISP to get your IP and if you have unsecured home WiFi (reasonable doubt) or they can put a cop on the corner wearing a skirt looking for some guy dumb enough to not pay attention to his surroundings. All of this for a misdemeanor (I think it's a misdemeanor in Cincy) solicitation arrest. I'm thinking, relatively speaking, your PM's are safe.
As always though, it's your life, you need to decide for yourself.

In order to backtrack you to your IP they would need the server logs from all of the servers in all of the countries. It could be done, and I'm sure the NSA is doing it daily for people with nefarious intent but for a guy trying to get some punanni? I just don't see it.
