Thanks to everyone who chimed in on this. I decided to take the route that best serves everyone.

I agree that telling her outright may score me some brownie points or could backfire - there's just no way to know in advance. Just as background, I googled the girl's number and that number referenced a name in a specific city. When I googled the name and city, there were the references to her "real life". I'm not sure how many mongers would do this - I don't think I was being a stalker, more just wanted to know what her story was. I'm not sure how many civilians would google a name and a number that may cross reference back to an ad somewhere else.

Anyway the better course for valor often is the path that doesn't demand/want recognition for doing the right thing. I set up a fake yahoo account, sent her a note that said that I had recently seen her, but wanted to make her aware of the number/name cross-reference. I didn't get a note back, but I'm assuming she's probably embarrassed or concerned about how to get her information off.

Your solution makes a lot of sense as you have done the 'right thing' but maintained your veil of anonymity. Whenever I have crossed the line with a provider--getting personally involved with her on the side, doing favors for her, 'loaning' her a few $ and etc.--I have regretted it later. Ninety-nine % of the time, if you open that door with these ladies, you will find yourself up to you knees in quicksand (or worse!)--easy to step in, harder to step out!

I always Google phone numbers and it is interesting to see what comes up, and this has absolutely helped me avoid trouble.

Thanks![/QUOTE]It is very easy to get to know a non AMP provider if you see her a few times and it can be tricky especially if the chit chat starts taking on more than just about the weather. And business is slower these days.

Watch the movie "Exotica" and watch it to see the complex relationships. Remember this is just an hour escape for us to relax and enjoy.

Some of these ladies out there get into some very"heavy dangerous" stuff more than my comfort and personal space level will allow now. When I was younger I didn't know better at times and sometimes found myself part of the drama but learned from one crazy phone call years ago it is best to keep one's space from these lady's personal life and space, in other words if you chose to wade in the pool of craziness I would not tread above the level of your ankle.

Finally got around to trying Jasmine in Waltham. I had put in a long weekend of tree work and ditch-digging and I was pretty sore.

It was a little confusing in the parking lot for 88 Maple St - I was looking for a sign for Jasmine, and instead there's one there for WW! I thought I had copied the address wrong. But no prob - Jasmine's door is right near the lot entry.

Was met by Angela - a little chubby, maybe late thirties, great attitude, very limited English. No table shower is available at Jasmine, so hit the table immediately. Asked for medium massage, got a very-good-to-excellent medium-hard one. Angela is very conscientious - she put a lot of energy into the massage and - a small touch, but nice - most always kept one hand in contact to make the strokes flow. She got all the knots out.

Just before the flip, she does some nice crack/taint/reach-under work very reminiscent of a session with 2-pop Susan. No pop on my behalf, but then again I didn't indicate I wanted it right then and there.

After the flip, she enthusiastically went right for Mr Johnson, no questions asked. Took her time, very nice technique, gave a courtesy prostate exam that I passed with flying colors. She cleaned me up, cleaned herself up, and I decompressed with 20 more min of massage and a facial.

All in all, excellent value. Angela is a nice lady, enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled in what she does. I didn't explore any roaming options. I drove home and took a nap, first time I've done that in years. Will repeat.

Damages were 60 house + 40 tip, and appreciative smiles all around.

And no Kenny G music was in evidence.

As much as we'd like to think this is an indication of a change in policy, I suspect it's more likely a misunderstanding about where to post massage services on CL. Both sections charge $10 a listing now

But if any of our Field Operatives have recent intel, I'd love to hear that I'm mistaken.

Been up to my ears with work. Help!

Based on some old visits and some past history, I gave an out of town buddy the tel number for Linda, our old favorite's replacement, 2 pop Susan.

He was going to pay her a visit, yesterday, but the woman who answered the phone said she is not in CT anymore but was out of her house in Allston.

I don't want to steer a buddy on a wild goose chase. Can you verify that she is no longer at Unique?

It's a hair salon with a couple of massage rooms. A number of providers have worked out of that location including some of Jolin's girls/gurls.

I haven't been lately, but my experience was that overall satisfaction depended on the provider, some were very friendly others were not - YMMV

Regarding the photo, my experience is that the photos are actually the providers currently working. They do not use bait and switch photos

Mass Ave

It is a beauty salon near symphony hall.

I actually saw Jolene there a few years ago. I thought the place was somewhat dingy and the bathroom was "yucky" .

I hoped the place has been fixed up the past few years. It would be pretty sad to hear if not.

If you don't live in the city or near the "T" I found parking to be a "PIA".

There may be some reports on other gals that worked there but I don't know how much "activity"one would get with in a salon with other customers there unless they totally changed the place.

I was in town for business and got some helpful information from several of you guys. So I tried some of those and then tried some others.

CP- got a very nice massage. I asked for deep tissue and got medium to light. Plenty of teasing before the flip. Attention in all the right places. Ending was mechanical but got the job done.7 house &.3 tip

Italiana- getting there was a little bit of a challenge. She gives you directions and makes you call back several times and doesn't always answer. The price was 1.4 for the hour. Massage was decent, definitely not deep tissue. Not much teasing before the flip; she did take her top off and allowed roaming everywhere. For 1.4 I would not repeat, massage was average ending below average.

Chinese Massage- Malden- First mistake was I asked for Amy and person on the phone said okay but I couldn't tell if she understood me. When I got there Amy was traveling in Asia. Should have left because older lady took my money and gave the massage. The actual massage was excellent, but if I wanted a regular massage, deep tissue I could spend.5 instead of the.7 w/no ending:.(

Roxanne- Northwest/Merrimack. Totally different ball game 1.8 was the damage. PM me for those details. Will def go back to that well if I was local

Johnny's girls- Tried a few of his ladies. Salem & Manchester NH. All very consistent, the massage is always terrible, but they offer a full menu. The house fee is.7 and the menu can range from your standard.4 to 1.2

That wraps up my trip this time through New England. I didn't make it down to RI the job didn't take me there but it's on my list for next time. I love having a flexible expense sheet.

Couple of questions for next time: 100% Worth the Drive, CL? Chinese Tuina, Haverhill, CL? Alexus CL?

I stopped by UH and was told that Linda was no longer there, and they stopped doing massages. Linda wasn't much to look at but her service was great. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before she shows up at another location.
