They won't take the risk of turning another customer away because you said you were coming in at 3:00. They would rather send one guy away if two show up at 3:00 pm than risk having nobody there because they told some dude they were busy at the moment and then you no-showed. Go in, take the luck of the draw. They have an on deck circle. You get the one that is available that has gone the longest time since their last customer. Once you find one you like, you can call ahead and ask about coming in (within an hour) to see her. But if it is 3 hours in advance, you're annoying them by causing them to be on the phone.

Her standard of trust is extremely high, in other words if you get extras she must have known you for a long time. My gut feeling is she doesn't do extras because she's loyal to her American husband. I was so new back then that I didn't even think something as simple as "HEY, it's a skirt, prolly G2G" and tried to ask them too many times if it was included before I even undressed. Big brain.
