I know our resident dancers will know who I'm referring to but I just have to mention something I think is some of the rudest behavior.

I spot a 'favorite' in the club and let her know I'd like her to come dance for me when she can. She acknowledges but doesn't come over right away. No problem I can be patient. Each of us get busy for a short time until I spot her out on a break. Again I ask if she has time to dance for me. She says 'yes' just let her finish her break. Cool with me. After her break (during which I've turned down several other nice dancers) she wanders by and completely ignores me as she heads to the bar, picks another dude and heads to VIP. WTF? If she already had made plans why the hell couldn't she just say so? This, more than anything, really is what gets me when I'm in the club.

I try to be courteous to the dancers at all times so why can't they return the favor? Especially the ones that know me. Just ridiculous.

About an hour later Amie went to see if she was going to make it over to see us and she had just checked out and went home. That was shitty I thought.

I dropped in to the boards favorite club last night. Upon arriving I was taken to the VIP by two very sexy dancers. They wanted to give me a couple dances and a little play time during their wait for their friend who would be joining them in a few songs. I stayed in the VIP and watched the stage from the couch I was setting on when in comes the door man. He walked right up behind them and looked over their shoulders. O. K. He wanted a better view. I thought that was a rude way of doing things but what the hell if that made him happy. Enjoying the view was not his intent at all.

Next thing you know he walked to the other side of the room and said out loud "It's Tax Time". So when the dancers were finished dancing for their friend and he left the room I called them over to my couch. I told them what this guy had to say about their dancing and asked them if they would like to be escorted out of the VIP. They took me up on the offer and away we went. Sure enough when we hit the bottom of the stairs he hits them up for his due taxes, right there in front of me. Now this just hit me wrong for some reason. Maybe I just think it's wrong for a door man who is there to protect the club and the dancers to try to extort the girls hard earned dollars.

Not to mention that leering over the dancers shoulders is bad for their business. In my aggravated state I may not have been so nice to him at the bottom of the steps.

So the ladies and I decided to go get a bite to eat and left the club.

One of the ladies had to go back to finish out her shift so we took her back to the club.

Then this guy had the nerve to approach me in the parking lot and proceed to let me know that what goes on in the club is none of my business.

Then he goes into the " If I like going to the club I will mind my own business". So he walks off calling me a "pussy *****", I guess because I didn't pop him in his fucking mouth and give the club a reason to 86 me.

We can't fight with the door men even if we are right.

Maybe I'm wrong here but I don't like the idea of some guy walking in to the VIP and ruining the mood by the ladies having to stop and hide what they are doing for the Monger community.

I don't like it when some one messes up the mood for me.

So there are a few ways to deal with this.

One: We as a community can make sure this guy gets his tips so he doesn't spoil the fun.

Two: We can let him know that his business practices are not welcome at the club we all like so much.

Three: We help him find a different line of work.

Four: We all just turn our backs and let this kinda shit ruin our fun.

You can pm me if I know you and I will let you know who the door man is.

Or you can stay a little later when the night shift comes to work and figure it out for your selves.

It would be best if the owners or managers dealt with him, unless of course they are in on it. If that is the case then there is really nothing you can do without causing a barroom brawl and drawing unwanted attention from uncle leo.

The best thing would be to convince them to collect there taxes at a more convenient time.

Management has to have 'some' idea of what goes on, so I expect the doorman should serve as a buffer to slow/deny entry to the VIP from:

an 'uncool' manager

a dancer not on the 'team' or jealous of another dancer

a club patron who may be overwhelmed by the ongoings

a patron who is 'consumed' by a dancer or fellow monger

suspected LEO

Our hobby requires careful cooperation between mongers, dancers, doorman/bouncers, and management.

Unfortunately, everyone will want a piece of the pie or action so to speak.

It is up to BOTH the monger and the dancer to tip the doorman.

However, there is a very fine LINE, between the doorman asking for (reminding) his tip and extortion.

Others may know the system better, yet I suggest the monger throw the door guy an extra ten and the dancers tip the door guy one set agreed upon amount at the end of shift.

This amount may be a set amount or kind of a percentage.

The doorman is crossing the line to make it known during the session, he wants a piece of the action at the beginning or end of each session.

Not knowing if there are set 'house fees" or a percentage of tips or both, lets hope all parties can work things out.

Last, hopefully Karma will catch up with the arsehole you encountered.

I think the Door guys should get a little extra funds from time to time. It was the way he went about it that bugged me.

Exactly...the way he went about it was ALL wrong.

I agree with the posts below....while this guy went about getting his pay all wrong, we should keep in mind that the doormen are what keep us safe in there and are a very important buffer from the below mentioned list of different scenarios that can go down while you are in the room and exposed and vulnerable. While it sounds like this guy had a personal issue with the dancers involved, he handled it unprofessionally making it an unfortunate interaction to witness. I doubt there is anyone worth complaining to, particularly since if the guys is alienated or is forced to leave on bad terms he could take his knowledge, not only of what goes on in VIP but also of who's doing what and when and how, straight to uncle LEO. My suggestion would be to give the doorman a little extra (like double) before you go in to make sure you're not barged in on.

That said, I was there earlier and had a wonderful time with L. Never had dances from her before but she is smokin hot, awesome attitude and treated me great!

He's a despicable person.

This has nothing to do with him getting his share of tips. What he's doing is IN ADDITION to his tip-out.

As an independent contractor, he is dangerously close to violating "restraint of trade" provisions in the law and must be stopped.

Management does NOT know about his sideline extortion. If a customer were to witness this activity it would be in everyone's best interest for them to report it the management (Steve).

There was another doorman there who used to blackmail dancers into giving him sex or bjs if he caught them doing extras. Somebody had to guts to report him and now he's gone. The same thing needs to happen to this idiot.

Hey does anyone know what happened to Sage she was a dancer at the Bunny Ranch. My ATF. I'm not a regular. And its been awhile. But I've noticed her absence.

Any information would be much appreciated. I'm assuming she just went to a different club but I just don't know.

Went into TDs west last nite, first time in many moons. I was of the opinion it was getting better there. Anyhow, it looks like the same ol shit is going on as before. I was there an hour and got not one fuggin dance offer. Looks like most of the ladies were hanging out in the dressing room. Most were heifers anyhow, I would have turned down.

Too bad ladies! I had just cashed my bounty from George Bush. I had a pocket full of hot cash again and no one wanting any of it.

Went back into TD's west and hung out for a while. This time the girls were circulating very well. I saw none of my favoritas from the past, however. I became annoyed by the waitresses. I have my fave waitress who I seriously wish was a dancer. She is such a cutie. The problem was that there were four others aggressively circulating right behind her who kept trying to grab my drink while it was half gone. When I got to the point I was about tell em to buzz the fuck off, I figured I better boogie onward. I didn't need the aggravation.

So...I wandered off into The CS. It is now about 10:00 and things are jumpin. I had lots of dance offers. I do not see any girls I know for while, until Passion comes shimmering by. I knew her. Straight to the VIP room we go. (BTW, the room fee is back at 10 bucks again.)

Anyhow, how did I miss this sweet little jewel in the past? Anyhow, she made me a very happy camper.

I had the pleasure of meeting Amie while I was in Tucson this past week. Every positive word on this board that has been written about her is true; she will now be the standard by which I measure all other dancers in the future. Hope I can get back out that way again soon!

It was really nice to put a face to the name. Good words make me blush and stumble on what I say, so I wanted you to know that I had a good time while you were here and can't wait for your return. I'm glad to hear you made it back safely.

I stop by the CS Friday night after coming down from Phoenix. I don't know about other people on this forum but I do enjoy drinking and the amount of cops on patrol that night had me drinking bud light.

Had some floor dances and pretty good time. I've got to say, it was much more enjoyable then the strip clubs

Found myself out and about yesterday afternoon and decided to drop in on some of the local clubs. Started with Raiders but apparently they don't open at least until 1pm on Sunday. Oh well, off to CS to see what was happening.

Many wonderful, sexy ladies to choose from. Is it like this every weekend? I thought I had stumbled into my own little garden of eden, lol.

After a number of warm-ups on the floor from several attentive dancers I finally settled on taking Phoenix to VIP. This was our first visit together but probably not our last. Unfortunately, our time was cut short by me receiving a couple of phone calls which I had to take (damn, I hate it when that happens).

After taking care of my calls I returned to seek out Mercedes who had teased me earlier. Hard for me to believe I had never had her dance for me in VIP before but there's always a first time for everything. I've always lusted after her so yesterday was a thrill. She kept me well occupied until having to go on stage (we were both pretty worn out by then).

After taking a needed break while catching up with our own Amie and Joey, Susie led me back to VIP. This girl is soooo captivating and sweet. I'm going to miss her when she leaves!

Upon exiting VIP and saying my goodbyes to Susie I happen upon Chastity. She and I shared many a time together when I would go in at night. Hadn't seen her in ages and she wasn't about to let me leave! Back to VIP for an opportunity to rekindle our past friendship.

What a day. A bit over six hours in the company of nearly naked, hot women all of whom seemed to be extra horny for some reason. Alas, my only regret was I couldn't spend time with all of them (my apologies especially to Amie and Joey). I may have to seriously consider making this a regular stop on Sunday... I do have to agree with Kastagir98 about going in right after opening. The entire place is just getting started and the VIP is normally more of a private show.

I hadn't been into Raiders in a very long time. I had a little time to kill yesterday and was in the area so I decided to stop in with no expectations other than a cold beer and some views.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Not many customers in the place and it seems that there about 10 girls or so working. All of them were attractive with a couple real stunners.

Had 2 different girls for table dances and the dances were very up close and personal. Wish I would have had time to take them to the VIP.

It was a good enough hour or so to make me go back to see if it was just a fluke or not.

Hey! You're giving up one of my best secrets. I've had more action at opening then any other time of day. An empty VIP and horny women makes for lots of action that wouldn't normally be provided. Yes, it's often like a porn movie.

Well, went in today to wish Susie well on her last day. Arrived shortly after 1pm. Susie not there yet! Hmmm, now what?

Place was pretty empty but very few girls as well. A couple of my favorites were there but already occupied. Finally, Phoenix arrived and I thought the day was going to turn out ok after all. Started with Phoenix on the floor but soon moved to VIP (after having to wait for a couch). Then as if someone had waved a wand when we left VIP every seat/table in the place was taken. Someone must have set off the 'end of work whistle' and every monger in Tucson made a bee line for the club.

Now the place was a zoo. Susie had finally arrived so spent some time with her in VIP to say goodbye.

One final trip to VIP with Mercedes concluded my day. It was a strange day indeed watching the atmosphere of the club change so quickly. They announced they would be open tomorrow (July 4th) but alas I don't think I can make it in. Others will have to stand watch until I can get back in sometime next week.

Been working all week at my boss' website. He just got back from his sex vacation to Vegas and will do a wrap up on Monday. He told me that he's got dancer recommendations at three Tucson strip clubs as well as an escort that he's going to write about this week.

Now that he's back, my vacation is over, too. I need his attention, but he's too tired this morning. Time to wake him up my way.

Spent last night at Curves and had a good time. My search for Sage (former-BR) gave me NO luck. I'm thinking maybe she was there but has changed her name and looks different. It has been a couple years since I saw her, it was dark and there were a lot of girls! Who knows. Lots of really beautiful girls though and all of them were all very sweet, no high mileage but some light mutual groping in the champagne room. Crowd was having fun, it had a great attitude all around.

Spent too much money but left without regretting it! I'm pretty easy!

They do need chairs without wheels! No stability in the grind.

I may have to take some vacation time to visit our local clubs early in the morning. As SH says, it's something of a secret. Early is best. Just you, the beer, and maybe a gal or two. Almost intimate.
But, then, you do not get the great people watching you can get later in the day. There was a rowdy crowd up in the loft at CS - f-ing funny to watch.
