My information may or may not appear in print until the actual sentencing is complete. I only reported what was told to me by a person who has intimate knowledge of what was offered at the pre-sentencing trial. If you will read some of my old intelligence reports my info is on the money. I did not mean to cause any debates. What happened has happened and it is old news. What is needed now is good reports on providers, establishments and what is happening in the market place daily. I refer to it as market place only in the sense that it seems better to make it sound like a commodity since it is a money making business. Most of the owners I knew and working girls or going to be gone for about a year or more. That means I need to go back out and start getting known again. This will then bring back good reports since I have not really reported on any new commodities in a year. Reports will soon be coming in again. Go out and find a good commodity and see how it performs.

I think the DC market is in a pretty sorry state compared to pre-Black Wednesday. It seems a lot of the good places remain shut down (or subsequently shut, like Sun). There are a few nice girls, but it's harder to find the knock-your-socks-off kind of experience we used to find. Few of the younger girls seem to be coming to DC.

I'll make a couple of points: Aside from the LE situation, I think the Washington Post's decision to stop accepting ads has hurt the business, since people don't know what open, when a new place opens or another closes (aside from reading this forum) and that makes it harder to attract talent. So I'm not sure if there is away for the spas to advertise without getting in hot water.

Also, I don't want to get flamed here, but I think the pricing in DC may also be a factor. If you compare with New York -- the prices are $$ to $$.2 but there is an abundance of young, beautiful talent. Prices have been unchanged for a decade and with inflation and exchnage rates, K-girls may find the trip to DC less rewarding than in the past. They follow the money, like everyone else.

I still hold out some hope that the good times will come back, and maybe some of the old places will reopen, but maybe I'm too optimistic. One thing happening is that some of the girls seem to be at 'agencies' that work out of apartments, and move around a bit. There are a few that advertise on Eros, although I haven't tried any. Maybe that's the future.

I had a most enjoyable session at "the door" around noon today. It wasn't the best time to go, as a lot of mongers like an Asian lunch on Fridays. I was met by the Mamasan, who finally recognizes me. June soon came into my room. Very pretty, talkative, the bolt-ons need a touch-up, but very nice body. Almost spinner. Well it's been about three years since my last visit to the wilds of DC AMP's. That was because of the 20 miles I saved on driving and DC quality type service in Woodbridge and environs. But as you are probally aware things ain't what they used to be. So today I made a visit today to Royal. There sure is something about walking up a couple of flights of stairs to a AMP in DC. mostly the filth and trash says I'm a dump. Back in the day I used to be a regular patron at both Downtown and Dupont, both had stairwells that left a lot to be desired. BeBe was my 45 minute buddy today. I had the pleasure of visiting DC for a buisness trip a week and so ago. I tried Connie at the 1333 Green (Found the place no problem using RTFF--THANKS). Connie had nice Bs and surly hair butt was kind of nervous the entire time. She gave an OK TS and so so massage. CBJ and mish only after. Over all I rate the experience as OK. I think it is the same Nana. She mentioned that she previously worked in VA. Her comment stuck out because I had expected her to say New York.

Usually you never know if "vacation" means permanent, temporary, long-term or short-term. Sometimes you can tell from the tone...but, often times the mamasan's don't know any better than we do.

Definitely hope in Hana's case that it's a brief vacation. Having some sushi every once in a while is a nice break from our typical kimchi. And she was quite a wonderful dish.

Went to H&H flotation the other day. Had a pretty good experience. Not a regular there, so they had their guard up;you get my drift. I had went there Monday but got no answer. Called ahead yesterday to make sure they were open, so i went back around 12, and had better luck.

I think most of the time they do know. "To be on bacation" is just a euphemism they use. They don't want to tell you your favorite provider is no longer there because there is a chance you may not come back. Also I believe asians somehow feel it is impolite to answer in the negative. So they tell this little white lie.

I've often called spas to find out if so and so is there. Usually I will ask a question like "Who is working today?". They invariably answer: "Who you see before." No matter who I say, they will often answer: "Yes, she here." But when you get there of course she is no longer there.

For that reason and many others, I think that in terms of getting useful info about particular providers from this or any other board, it's always true that YMMV. To a large extent in this hobby, your best info is going to be that which you garnered yourself.

I don't do streetwalkers. But I can only imagine it is worse since they are mobile and don't seem to be attached to any one town or stroll.

Vacation I think means a couple of things.

1) Girl is gone, mama has been paid off and she split. Maybe she'll be getting married, maybe it's time to move and get on with her life. In any event she's gone. History babe. I've seen it with Sun when the Sun was still rising.

2) On a real vacation. She's saved enough $$ to head back to the old country and visit loved ones. Maybe someone's sick or has died. To my knowledge respect for the elders and the ones that have passed is very big in Asian culture. If she's on a real vacation maybe she'll be back but in my experience she's on to maybe another location or will show in another city under. A different name. I think most of us have seen this. Different hair color, maybe bigger boobs, whatever. But she's still around. It's time to hunt and FIND her. Seen it with CPHC and OK spa. Funny. Both are gone. Miss them both.

3) She's been moved. Not by her choice but she's been sent to another location. Maybe she's not earning her keep, not good for business. Whatever. In any event, she's gone.

I had my worst massagi experience in decades yesterday at Royal. I was met by two mamasans at the front door. One tripped climbing the stairs up to the second floor entrance. She assigned Judy to me (straight black hair, slight stomach bulge, enhanced C-D bolts, front teeth pushing out like bad dentures, 28-38 age range). I hesitantly decided not to ask for a line-up after a provider appearing to be 40-50, and even less attractive, passed in the hallway.

Was sorely needing asian time went to 1413 1st time, used to go to SUN but that is history.
