Same reason I don't feel the need to wash my balls before a special VIP! Seriously, I don't think it is rude even if they do think its rude. I personally don't worry about this. Have been licking nips in strip clubs since 1980 and there has been no fallout, though I would avoid a dancer I suspect in my gut or by visual or sniff clues to be walking contagion. But it isn't unreasonable to demand minimal hygiene if you're concerned. I've certainly had girls deliver a load of hand sanitizer into my grubby paws to get them sanitized before their eyes before they submitted to a thorough groping. I wasn't offended and actually realized its a good thing for everybody concerned. Its been several years since I've visited these establishments so I have some perspective but they are pretty much the same. I visited each twice during the day near shift change.
The Bird.

Tijuana's on beach blvd offers fully nude, full touching, the girl I got my first dance with also told me the fun is in the VIP. Other places offer certain mileage are flamingo, 007.
