New Milwaukee Police Chief Announces April Prostitution Initiative.
Found the following quote in a Journal Article:
"How Milwaukee's new police chief is changing the department".
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Published March 9, 2018.
He expects to bring the same approach to other crime problems, including sex trafficking and prostitution. The department is working with service providers and local, state and federal law enforcement partners for an initiative in April.
"That will be something the public has not seen," Morales said. "We're going to bring other partners into the planning for that. . It's a bigger thing than just saying we're going to go out there and make arrests."
Interesting to note above quote "The department is working with service providers."

Racine cop has gun stolen by Milwaukee hooker during outcall
MILWAUKEE —.
A Racine police inspector who called police on Saturday morning to report that his gun was stolen was arrested for soliciting a prostitute, an arrest report obtained by WISN 12 NEWS said.
Inspector Todd Morshhauser, 45, denied he hired a prostitute, saying instead that he thought he'd gotten lucky after meeting the woman at Taylor's on North Jefferson Street. He told police that he later offered the woman cash so she would leave his apartment at Juneau Village. (Cop wanted outcall, I guess.).
(I guess the cops have heard that one before, even from another cop. Not sure who the gun thief was, but the police report said her phone number was the same as one listed in an online website where you can hire a prostitute.).
Uncles, you need to be more careful out there!
It's not here yet, but....
