I ended up at my regular spot in the West Valley on Monday which is a great value for massage, but a bit lack luster for extras.

I heard there was some LE activity around Zen in TO so the cops are watching VERY closely! Warnings to mongers and providers alike!

Over the last few months I've hit a few places in TO and Cam. All legit with minimal teasing in TO. Also legit at place in Cam next to Fresh and Easy, great massages however. Went to paradise massage by Marie Callendars, got a 30 something butter face Latina. Okay massage with a decent HJ. Will go again if desperate.

A new state law regulating massage parlors will give local police and the City of Thousand Oaks greater power to prevent illegal activity at the businesses and limit the number of establishments that open in the city.

Assembly Bill 1147, enacted this month, gives cities and counties new authority to regulate businesses that provide massage therapy services. The bill, which was backed by local city and police officials, frees municipalities from the constraints of 2009's Senate Bill 731, which prevented cities from using local permitting and zoning restrictions to regulate the massage industry. SB 731 expired on Jan. 1.

The ill-received 2009 law led to a surge in the number of massage parlors locally, especially on and near Thousand Oaks.

Boulevard. While there were 16 massage parlors citywide in 2008, there are now 40, said Mina Layba, the city's legislative affairs manager.

Very quiet around here. Too quiet.

New to the site, relatively new to the good ol' hobby and to the area and looking for any info on the MP's in Ventura.

A couple weeks ago, without finding out much online went in blind to two message parlours on E Main St. Just a couple streets down from where all the resturantes and bars are. One was the one advertised on backpage as ZM message and I can't remember the other one but it was just a few blocks down the road. The first one I entered was very dark and there was an older (40-60?) woman behind a counter with bars over it. What I could see of her didn't look good and I asked her if she had any other girls working there and she said no. So without further ado I turned right around and walked out.

I then walked to the one called ZM message (though I don't think the sign outside says this). This one wasn't quite so dark and jail-like and before I knew it the only lady there was trying to usher me into a room. She was probably in her forties and nothing special at all. But I'd had a few drinks and other prospects weren't good so I figured at least I would get a decent message. It was an ok message and after 15-20 minutes I flipped and she gestured toward junior. I gave her the okay And she got to work on thouroughly average BJ. She had a decent sized rack and I wasted no time in getting my hands under her shirt and feeling her up.

My memory is spotty but I think it was 30+20 tip. Left unfulfilled.
