I was scammed on this one.
Deposit sent, after many texts back & forth. I felt comfortable enough to give in.
As soon as the money was delivered, The messages turned green from blue.
Crickets!
Lesson learned, and I will certainly go over the rules and not get emotional.

If you walk into a hotel room and it is empty of belongings, refuse $ until you are done. Or walk put. She will. Disappear from the room before you know it is happening. Always check the bathroom. And any other rooms. Be sure the door is deadbolted and chained.

The texts back and forth for almost an hour lead me to my decision to send a deposit.
These Listcrawler posters are getting pretty good at getting deposits, and I did not detect any questionable reason not to send it. I have sent deposits before with no trouble, but this one bothers me.
I have been trying different options to post negative reviews on some of these thieves on that site, and I see them for other bitches, but I have not had any luck getting a comment in.
I think we need a special thread specifically for negative "listcrawler ripoffs" that rob, stink, and are no where close to looking like the filtered Instagram photos they post.

Probably not a bad place for catfish and stinkers as well, though it's nice that that thread moves slower, so maybe not.
And yes, it's exceedingly hard to get negative comments and reviews to appear on LC. I see them happening, so there seems to be a way. Maybe it's the ratio of good reviews vs bad reviews that a prospective reviewer has, I don't know. One thing that does seem easier is to put negative comments into a review that's already there.

Instead of saying scam or negative comments I use things like "Deposit wanted" "Pictures need to be checked" or "Still waiting on a reply to my text".
For reviews make sure to use low numbers and not bad comments. Services were adequate or CBJ was OK then rank a 1.
