Strip Club Reports

They have reopened the place that I think used to be Miss Kittys 2. It is now called City Nights. It is a decent low key place to hang out. Heven't been to the back room yet. It is populated with dancers from Miss Kittys who I think aren't too happy to be there. It may be good. May be not. The back looks like it would be a little more private than MKs 1 and the girls might be a little more motivated with the slow business. On the other hand I was told the cops rousted it last week (found nothing, but it might make them nervous.) So far I haven't been inspired to try the back, but I'll try to get back there soon and let you all know.

Clarification for the masses:

The current Larry Flynt's/Hustler Club/Uncle Larry's has never been known as Crystal Palace. It was previously the Jewel Box, but never CP. It is, in fact, actually owned by Deja Vu now, with name rights from Uncel Larry.

Bob Romanik owns Crystal Palace, and currently owns Hollywood ShowClub, also. His son and girlfriend are on the liquor licenses, but he owns the clubs. I believe it is a "lease" arrangement with his son (who is as queer as the day is long, or at least acts it) and girlfriend (who is NOT Sonny the bartender at Crystal Palace as is often rumored).

Bob previously owned Exposed in Centreville, but it mysteriously burned right around the time investigations began to focus on his activities. Purely coincidental, I'm sure.

IMO, the best/highest mileage private dances with the most privacy USED to take place at CP. The quality of the girls has gone downhill in the last year or 2, though, as CP is used as a "penalty box" for girls who fuck up at Hollywood.

PT's tends to have good private dances with decent privacy, but mileage varies greatly from one girl to the next.

As I prefer activity with strippers, I've always been fond of Crystal Palace. It used to be a sure thing to go in there and get some high-mileage activity. Now it's hit or miss.

I was there back in June with a buddy of mine and he was taken into the back by a woman that went by the name liz aka ellizzibeth (her spelling not mine) She claimed that everybooth but one has video in the back.

Long story short they went to the nonvideo booth-he went for the daty for a cost of $85 (that was all he had left) He had given her hundreds over the 4 hrs were were there so she did pretty good off him alone.

He said it was worth every cent and still talks about it to this day.

I've not heard that rumor about Dollies. Somebody did post a very similar rumor on strip club list about the Chameleon Club. There was also a rumor posted here about the old C-Mowes a few years ago. I don't believe the rumor. Videotapes of fun activities would seem to be more problematic for the clubs than an individual. Not too many of the people who frequent either club could probably afford to pay much out in blackmail money. On the other hand if those tapes would turn up in a raid or some other form of investigation they could be very damning for the club. Plus a blackmailer risks the victims going to the police about the matter. Who do you think the police are more likely to go after, the guy having a little fun or a club profiting from the fun and extorting money. Also blackmail especially if it involves the use of the mail or interstate telephone lines can quickly become a federal case.

There is a story that years ago, before the federal crackdown in WP that the backroom at the Chameleon Club could be videotaped. The former owner supposedly used the backroom to entertain some of the areas politicians and power brokers. He was dependent on them to stay open unmolested so I guess he wanted some insurance. Heard the story before and someone posted it on strip club list also I think. Who knows if its true.

I can attest to what kind of fun can be had the the Colony. Either in the couples theater or the co-ed theater. A couple years ago they used to allow singles into the dance area and some fun could be had there but they changed the rules and only couples are allowed back there now.
