Predictions by two talk show hosts state that Sleepy J will pardon Hunter B some time in January 2025 prior to end of term.
A lady is contacted in Georgia regarding a call she was diddling herself on the beach. A vibrator was found in her bag and she confessed to same.
However, the legal issue on her statements is that on a custodial interrogation, only post Miranda statements are admissible. Here, she was told to move from her seat at the bar to a remote location by armed government agents which surrounded her. Thus a reasonable person would infer that she was not free to go. With regards to the stop and frisk, under Terry v. Ohio, police are allowed to do a pat down for weapons, for officer safety. However, since the police told her to bring her bag with her, the safety issued was waived since the government could have stationed one officer to secure the bag, then request a telephonic search warrant of same, while the other one moved the defendant to the in custody interrogation process. Therefore the fourth amendment requires that the bag and its contents be suppresed as well as the sixt amendment requires her admission of orgasm to be suppressed as well.

Scottsdale Facebook page reports January is human trafficking month and Scottsdale Chief states retraining was performed on a LE who harassed an auditor in Old Town Scottsdale.
The Lizard Hunter reports that a homeless man was hanging on to a hobbyists car door in order to collect additional payments on behalf of the lizard.

Scottsdale has a been a no go zone for me for many years. You have to be a "licensed escort" to operate inside the city boundaries. There were 121 misdemeanor and 37 felony arrests in the operation. Which makes it 23% successful. I wish someone had time to do a deep dive on these operations and find out how much time, money, and manpower are used during these dog and pony shows.

Looks like Phoenix PD is worried about our safety. They're putting in license plate readers and other improvements to aid enforcement: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/phoenix-pd-launches-real-time-operations-center-to-crack-down-on-violent-crime/ar-BB1kkm7m.

Why do they have to blur the hooker's ass hanging out? Fox News could make more money if they stop blurring asses, blood, and guts.
Another sting last week. Kind of weird that it was done before the big weekend.

https://www.fox10phoenix.com/news/operation-march-sadness-scottsdale-and-surprise-police-arrest-dozens-in-sex-crimes-sting
I would like to know how much taxpayer money they spent to arrest 42 people. With Surprise and Scottsdale police working together 42 people seems like a really low number. Well done boys in blue.

I know this was mentioned on the streetwalkers thread. The funniest part of this story is the timeline. Phoenix PD said they started receiving complaints in 2015. Nine years? It took nine years to close this place and Phoenix PD had to ask the FBI to help out. If this place was in North Scottsdale it would have been closed in a matter of days. If you are going to run a brothel / crack house make sure you do it in the ghetto so you can run it for NINE YEARS in Phoenix.

This place has strong ties to the cartels. That's why the FBI was involved along with Homeland Security. Remember, they only give out just enough info to satisfy the media and the public.
