It took nine years to close this place and Phoenix PD had to ask the FBI to help out. If this place was in North Scottsdale it would have been closed in a matter of days. If you are going to run a brothel / crack house make sure you do it in the ghetto so you can run it for NINE YEARS in Phoenix.
