Definitely seeing that increase in providers, though they are usually easy to spot.
Right now, the numbers are a bit lower at NCSU and UNC but still some legit college girls there. It can just be hard to deal with their immaturity at times.

Can't speak to the murder aspect, but the rest of the story happens more often than one would think. She feigns emotional attachment, provides a plausible story as to why she needs help, and the next thing you know, you can't get her out. Once she moves some things in, gets her mail there, and parks her car in your driveway she has legal rights to stay. Think eviction proceedings, significant legal expense, embarrassment, and a long process.

I was always told that since NC does not have common law marriage you have no right to stay in a home where you are not on the lease, don't have a lease agreement or are not on the mortgage. You can get mail sent anywhere, even without permission of the property owner. I think eviction only applies when there is a formal agreement. AFAIK in cases where 2 people are on the lease for an apartment you can't evict the other person and if the apartment does pursue eviction preceedings it is against everyone on the lease not one person.
The simple solution though is to never let someone you pay for sex move in with you and avoid the temptation to put them in a home in your name or provide them with anything else in your name.

Once she has clothes and belongings in its pretty much in her favor. Probably different in each state but I've known guys put out of their own homes by girls who have lived there for a very short time and filed domestic violence reports and the guy is out till the hearing. So if one just can't live without her moving in then be prepared to go by whatever domestic laws are in your state. Once she is moved in its looked at like a bf / gf situation. Oh if a situation arises that you might think she would call the police then its probably best you call and make a report first. Usually its who is first that wins the first round. Now if you have put marks on her just call someone to meet you at the station to bail you out. Marks are an automatic trip for most police departments.
