Having seen almost every masseuse with more than a few months tenure here in Our Fair City, I can tell you that she is at best middle of the pack. Even within Lake's ever-changing set of strokers, she was bottom third, IMHO. Besides a very mediocre attempt to give a massage, there are other issues that detract from the experience with Charlotte.
