You are correct, I'm not working, initially SA was a full time job and I had loads of free time. Not spending as much time now, mostly just rotating through the girls I've already seen. Being single, not working and most of time I can host, makes it fairly easy schedule.
I try to treat the girls with respect, develop a relationship, like they are my girlfriend. I have dogs, which they all love to see pictures of, so that helps. I don't ask about specific activities (bare, Greek, etc). The amount is usually discussed last. I like to have them throw out the first number, and if it's 500, I just move on, otherwise I'll try to negotiate. I've refined a dozen or so standard texts that cover most of the initial conversations. They have been well received and save a ton of time.
In terms of amounts, I just took advice from here, I typically start at 150. Two are at 150, one each at 250/300/400, the other 6 are at 200. The last new one asked for 350 and I said 200 is my max and she accepted. We met for 3 hours and had a great time, I'll see her again. Most are black, not models (except the one at 400) but have a pretty face, could stand to lose a few pounds, and most provide outstanding GFE. I favor GFE over looks any day. I have two new girls scheduled this week at 300, higher than what I want to spend, but they are both smokeshows, will be interesting to see if they provide same GFE level, I'm skeptical.

What geographies are these girls coming from? Are they college grads? Questionably drug addicts? I'll admit that there are many locations and "types" that I never would communicate with; if they are willing to meet for $150 I'd never know it. Just seems really low for greater Boston!

I haven't sensed any drug use, one smokes weed, one is a heavy drinker. When I host they come to me, otherwise I get a room in Boston or nearby. 4 are taking college courses, 1 in construction, 2 struggling single moms, 2 work for hospitals, 1 is a semi-pro, and 1 is a recent college grad working in food service.
