In fact have never tipped more than 120 ever. Usually works out especially on repeat visits when you have built rapport. For sure I have missed out sometimes because of my reluctance to pay more but on balance it works out just fine plus allows you to increase visits to weekly.

Think it helps to build rapport and be nice. I have the cash to spare but feel when you add in house fees your recommendations are right on. Sure they want more, can't blame them for that or if some gents feel like tossing more coin.
