Yea so Guy12, I'm not a regular of Trista. I have used her mens waxing service once. Overall it was ok at best. With that said, of the few times I had frequent Trista for massages, experience was not bad. I can't say it was the same as your experience. My suggestion, if you are dissatisfied, let her know. Sometimes feedback can go a long way. If you are looking for a solid massage, I suggest AOT or maybe try Trista one more time.

My god, no one ever told me this in the past, not only in this place but in many other places. I want to be clean and they are subtracting my time for this? This is beyond ridiculous. Bad story didn't finish here. The lady didn't follow my direction, I wanted second time as I always do and she refused, I told her if she doesn't follow my direction she will get zero tip. She told me to get out. She was so rude. In the beginning she said her name was Umi. I visited this place approx. 3 months ago (different lady) and was disappointed with the service at that time as well and I thought something may change after that visit (after 3 months). Unfortunately, this place went so bad and I will never visit it again, much better options are around this area. My recommendation: avoid this place, save your energy, time and money.

After the fire the only talent they seemed to have there was this older, plump but not outrageously so grandma type. Didn't do a terrible job but I just couldn't get in to it so I looked for another place. New Healthy Aroma is my new go-to.

There is only one to attend and came to know that the other went for vacation and never returned. She looks early 40's but looks nice. Very good technique did good back, front and face massage. No option other than HE. I spoke a lot and its a big NO for her. Looks like the management changed and they are playing safe for now despite posting in STG. I would repeat for a good massage. Damage. 7+. 2.
