I have only occasionally used the spas in Warren (live below Canton, two hour drive) so I never had a FF card. But the provider works for tips. I would feel creepy leaving nothing. The only exception I might think of if same provider did all 4 massages. Even then I would leave something. As Frank said, you are tipping for the service.

Good service should always be awarded wether it be a few dollars or $50, letting these ladies know you are appreciative of the service provided. It goes a long way! On the flip, if you feel service is not good reflect it in your tip and let them know why. One big turn off to me is a rush job, if it is being pushed to fast I always express my displeasure and walk away!

Anyone else been a little nervous about a Warren Spa Visit! I truly think that there is a whole lot more going on than any of us know. We will find out sooner or later!

I was not thinking of that but to warn those that since the spas have come under attack, it may be better to leave a little to the imagination. The old saying, loose lips comes to mind. This site and many others have been used in the public meetings in Warren to show that there may be more going on than massages. Not the site's fault but some of the members are too descriptive.

I am not trying to keep anyone from doing anything. Just trying to post some pertinent information. I know how many here would be pained to not be able to visit with their little spafriends. I'd hate to see them in so much agony. So keeping the spas open would be a service to those who need their spafriends.

BTW anyone find an actual link to the law that was passed, not what was suggested but the actual ordinance?

I was not thinking. That's it nothing else. I just wasn't thinking, I don't seem to do that much these days. My head is so full of pertinent information that there is little room for anything else. I know you need to see your spafriends. I wish I had a spafriend, I wish I had any type of friend. When the Feds come and warn me I try to chat them up, they just stare at me. If it wasn't for you guys on the forum, I don't know what I'd do. I might have to get a life, but that sounds too scary.

Nothing has changed at Sun other than the hours, and Sammi has not been around as much. Not sure if she has other irons in the fire, or is hiding out incase something happens? Either way, I visited earlier this past week and had a great time with one of my favorites there, and nothing was any different with the exception of the hours posted on the door now (6am to 12am). Makes zero sense if you ask me. You have the least potential to disturb anyone or be seen during those hours, and surely Warren OH has nothing going on after midnight. Ohh well, I never go out there in the evening hours anyway, and I highly doubt they were ever busier between those hours than they are during daylight hours. So how much sense do these new hours even make? LOL.

The MVOC moved in and demanded the additional laws you mention added to what he suggested. You can go to city of Warren Ohio city council meeting minutes and get a little info but no complete listing of new spa legislation. There is one councilman in the February 2012 meeting minutes asking for the feds help and the Ricco act in regards to the Warren Spa owners.

Makes zero sense if you ask me. You have the least potential to disturb anyone or be seen during those hours, and surely Warren OH has nothing going on after midnight. Ohh well, I never go out there in the evening hours anyway, and I highly doubt they were ever busier between those hours than they are during daylight hours. So how much sense do these new hours even make? LOL.

The reason for the hours, (although no official will admit it) , is to keep people off the streets and in their homes at night, just like good wage slaves should be, and not out partying and enjoying life. For the same reason, they have all night parking bans in most suburbs, to make it difficult to gather at night if you have to park your car in the street. It can be done, but the person having the gathering must call city hall and ask for a variance to allow your friends to park. Also, one of the effects of these laws is that the cops target anyone out after those hours. After all, if you're out instead of in the bed sleeping you must be up to some nefarious end, eh? As usual, all the bluenoses minding everyone else's business and trying to shove their morals down everyone else's throats. Just remember, don't be out drunk, and remember your rights, hopefully you won't be pulled over by one of the badge wearing, gun toting thugs we call public servants.

I did see in the minutes the request. I think the Ricco act would be a stretch unless they actually find human trafficking. Would love to read the actual law. Maybe I will request a copy from the city clerk.
