Exactly! So what if 'only' discreet well-dressed men are walking into the business next to you. It should not and would not hinder SP's business in any way shape or form. This is simply a stunt for them to try and get their lease reduced. What they are doing is akin to going out to eat, getting good food and great service, then plucking a hair out of your eyebrow and placing it on that last bite of steak so you can get your bill comped. Classless!!! Good for the landlords standing their ground.
Visited MMS under the airport. My ATF J works there, but only on Wednesdays. A little birdie told me she might be going on vacation, but MMS didn't mention it.
Spent time with a girl new to this place, her first day. V....
V is a good looking Korean girl with green (contacts?) eyes. Very slim an petite and sexy! She started off w a 5 min massage. Nice. The while i was still face down, started in RJ. after that we went to flip an she went BB ball-mouthing until we went CBJ. Started out with RCG, then K9, then mish until a rusty trombone finish. Nice. Not as good as J, but she was willing and jut needs to be shown, I'm sure her RT will improve.
Hot towel, hugs and away I went after talking to MMS about the new changes in her line up.

Since the owners just purchased it some 27 days ago, I seriously doubt they are in the market to sell it again.
Honestly, like said before, it is just a simple minded ploy to get the rent reduced. Not only that, they probably feel getting this into the newspaper will help them file suit against the previous owners for not disclosing information that they feel impacts their business.
Of course, the previous owners, have an easy out. They either didn't pay any attention to the people coming/going from the next suite, or they never though of any of it. Especially if they never attempted to find out what is next door. Besides that, the reports in this forum are hearsay at best, so the only way to know what goes on next door is to have actually gone next door and paid for services.
I'm wondering if the husband half of the SP owners did go next door and sample the services and now the wife is making a stink about it because she found out :)
I got a call from MMS that she had new staff on Mondays. Found out my ATF is no longer there. She has moved on. Very nice of her to call and let me know. This place is still one of the most discreet and well run places I have ever been. Thanks again Malibu for the heads up.
I am glad I have my A.T.F. digits. I will text her and see what is up. She does live in L.A. so I may be making a run that way soon.

The notices went up a day after The Orange County Register reported on complaints by an adjacent business, Squeegee Pro, that male clients may have been visiting the massage parlor to pay for sex acts.

Yep, especially about the point about the new owners of SP. I'm surprised that two young attorneys would leave law to do a business like this. I'd suspect that each of them could easily pull down 100 grand a year, if not quite a bit more.
Running SP, what could they really make, 100 grand between the two of them? Doesn't sound exactly like the best move to me.
Hmm, two attorneys bought a business, first start threatening the landlord, soon they'll discover that there are many SP's across the country. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't start threatening each and every one of those business's since they are using their name.
Well, chalk it up to another great job by attorneys.
