I've heard "Full GFE" be used to imply BBFS, also PSE (but traditionally its just more hardcore, dirty talking, face fucking, deepthroating, maybe anal, but still covered for vaginal or anal sex), and also, most commonly in the current climate, VIP, which I would say is really the only term that generally does mean BBFS. (Although some providers use it to refer to an upgrade from cbj).

No client should think GFE means BBFS. Any client that does is clueless as to what GFE means.
