A lot of car dealerships, car service, mechanical shops in the are and there's also a Portillos near there coming from east on Ogden towards the west.

I did manage to see one other MT there (was told there were 3 total). She was kinda cute. Looked like a tad thicker version of Kiki (of Relax Spa, Glen Ellyn). I told her I had an appointment with Vivi, and she joked around with me and asked if I wanted a threesome. I was not ready for the playful banter and pantomimed that I didn't have enough cash on hand (or perhaps I would have given in). She said she was just joking as she had a customer waiting. No table shower at this place but they do have a standup shower (self-service).

You can expect lower levels to be way below those quoted rates. Plan to pack at least 120, to be safe, if you're going for level 2 and level 1 would fundamentally be lower.
