And speaking of Teresa, she was first on my list when I recently got back after being out of the country for a while, still have to watch my surroundings so as to not embarrass women and children when I speak of or to her. Yes, It is Joanna. Not Joann. She used to be on the North of Indy. I can honestly say that we have never emailed, so I'm not sure if that is her or not.

There has been some news and change. If you have helped or offered to help contact me and I will be glad to fill you in. I just want to say that there has been one person who has been absolutely instrumental and vital in aiding our friend in need and who will continue to be long after this episode has passed I am sure. This person has gone way beyond what many friends would do; and has done so at considerable effort, personal expense, and maybe most impressively did so while exposing themselves to considerable personal risk in doing so. If any of us were to find ourselves in such a predicament we should be so lucky as to have someone like that at our side. I am sure that person does not want to be singled out publicly, and Lacy should be proud that many, client and providers alike, have cared enough and thought enough of her to try and help, but I for one would like to show my appreciation for all this one special friend has done. I know how I would like to do it, but when I think about it it seems so selfish on my part, LOL, but then hey, that's what friends are for, right?

You are absolutely right, my friend. And I think that greater than public recognition is the law of karma. Lacy's never stinted in helping others. Her situation is a difficult one, and not everyone who was willing to drop everything to help, or willing to open up the checkbook, could do so with impunity. I want to remember everyone who did what she could to help. We *are* blessed with angels in these parts, and they look over each other, not just us.

I just want to add-I'm not 100% up-to-date on this-that there's still rocks on the trail ahead, and our help is still needed.
