Has the enforcement started?
Anybody drive by and see anything? https://img.ksl.com/slc/2810/281037/28103767.jpg?filter=ksl/1600x900. I feel bad for whoever mamasan will be offering up as the sacrificial lamb.
How is this not a violation of our privacy rights?
I would imagine they would give it a couple of days for establishments to collect the required information then do a check to see if they complied. Not sure how they would verify the amount of customers to the information collected. Not unless they force them to give up their daily customer counts. I feel like that would be very intrusive to try and enforce.
At any other healthcare treatment facility where client records are kept, can mid-grade "inspectors" examine client data, personal identifying information and treatment notes? Where are HIPAA protections in all this? I know there are monger brothers out there with legal expertise. How can this stand? Are there any legal challenges on the horizon? Thanks for your opinion.

Fake ID business rising in FL for some reason. HAHA!
This just in.
Printing companies overwhelmed with fake ID orders in Florida! Please have patience with your printing orders. BAHAHAHA.
Hippa. Seriously. Who the heck is going to give their real name, address and phone # to an AMP?
So many opinions will be popping out in this forum on this issue I'm sure. Big waste of tax payers dollars to gain control of something that will only end up being a temporary annoyance for the AMP industry in the long run. They will find a loop hole and it will all go away as if it never happened.
And, the worst of it, it's going to cause a HUGE inconvenience to the standard massage therapy establishments that now have to spend a ton more time on documentation, data protection, reports, etc. That they can blame on politicians claiming to make the communities safer. Costing the "legit" providers more time and money when they don't make much in the first place.
Whatever.
Usually if there's a warrant, court order, subpoena then they can get around hippa.
