Strip Club Reports

Last night was probably the best it's been in quite awhile at Harem House. When I pulled in the parking lot about eleven o'clock there were more cars than usual. Former H. H. Dancers Alize and Chloe are back, Stevie is still there and there were a couple of other attractive girls there. Babes down the road has never recovered from a failed experiment a few months back to bring the manager over from Classy Chassy. She's now gone and has been replaced by someone else but that club may now be too far gone to save. I think the customers are still potentially there because PT's and Brad's on the east side both have big weekend night crowds and can get too crowded. If guys think there's another decent club they might leave one of the the overcrowded clubs for another one where they don't have to hunt to find a place to sit where they can see the stage.

Went to dancers day shift and had a girl tell me girls set their own prices now. Said some girls are doing.

30 per song but told me she would do 25 and would even take her top off.

Went to Rio next and got dances from 3 girls. First one did not take top off in.

30 room and gave me lip about touching her back. Next two girls seemed to be competing.

Over who could touch the patron the least.

The first girl also said they aren't supposed to give much contact in 30 area anymore.

Hearing that girls at Dancers are asking $25-30 for a f#ing lap dance and that dancers at Rio (of all places!) won't take their tops off and won't allow touching is tragic. Fortunately I've developed close OTC friendships with a number of current and former Rio girls and will just pursue my pleasure outside the club.

Gentlemen, my advice is: Go to the clubs just often enough to cultivate some OTC relationships and then see the girls outside the club. Fuck these clubs and their money-grubbing, fun-killing ways!

Either do to higher price point or confusion as to actual dance cost making the transaction process more complicated.

I'll be called out for stretching the truth no doubt, and while I have done that from time to time, it's not the case — lately anyways. I was just about to give up on Rio after my own disappointing experiences since December and a very negative review on here recently. You know what they say: on the right day, with the right girl, anything is possible.

Nevertheless, I plan to visit ex-Rio girls at Silk and Classy on Wednesday evening. . . But this review is encouraging enough that I'll give Rio another chance sometime soon.

I have loved Club Rio for about five years and have been there several dozen times during that period, so it saddens me to say this: I think the club is in sharp decline and may not survive. All Indy hobbyists know what used to set Rio apart from the other clubs in town: extras in the $30 and VIP rooms. Since the Great Crackdown began in December, extras have become hard to come by. In my own case, BJs in the VIP room used to be at least a monthly occurrence; this year I've had one. In a related phenomenon, several of my favorites, whom I won't name in order to protect their identity, have left the club since December, either to dance at other clubs or to work from home, so to speak.

Some have reported on here that girls allow almost no touching in the $30 room. If that's the case, there is little reason to go to Rio since lots of other clubs offer ample contact for $20 or even $10 per dance! I realize that there are occasional reports of fun at Rio as in days of old, but the trend is definitely downward.

Yesterday, after spending some private time in the afternoon with an ex-Rio dancer, I hit two clubs on the south side that I've neglected for several years -- Classy Chassy and Silk -- to do dances with two other ex-Rio dancers. I had a great time at both clubs and have no plans to visit Rio any time soon. Their crackdown over the past six months has almost succeeded in driving me and, I suspect, other regulars away.

As always, my advice to those who are thus inclined is: go to Rio just often enough to cultivate friendships that can turn into OTC relationships and then see your favorites OTC!

Went on Thursday of this week. Few dancers and the ones on duty absolutely clear on what is and isn't allowed in "the back. My thinking (and some experience) has lead me to the positon that if the girls can spend a half hour with you, in the club where they are already, and make 200 bucks, getting them to get together outside of those environs cost tremendously more. If you're a regular, and you are going to get three or four songs (or more) from them when you see them, I think they are expecting quite a lot for FS. However, maybe that's not the case.

In addition, I pay for the room (usually around $60-70, but sometimes in the 40's) and lunch or dinner. For this expense I get one or two BJs. I think this compares favorably with doing a thirty-minute VIP for $150 plus a tip that can run $50-100, especially now in the era of the Great Crackdown at Rio. By the way, I've been told by a monger friend that I overpay -- he claims to get similar dates for $150-200. I'm content with my price structure.

Scanning every I'd rather than just those you suspect is for legal reasons. Though it's been long enough since I practiced law, I can't recall the all specifics to fully explain. But it's along similar lines of why you check everyone at the airport or check all drivers with breathalyzer back when they had checkpoints. One primary reason is to prevent claims of discrimination by checking everyone.

For you it helps avoid psychos, addicts, etc. (Or find them if that's what you want.). Also, it does take spending money in the club as well, but that also helps determine if they are what you're wanting. But that also helps them determine those same things. Especially when you're first starting. After that, you'll have a rep just like they do and the process becomes much easier as well as becoming more experienced at what you're doing.
