Or did you just tell them the time you were going to be there? In the past, when they sent pics to me, I reply with the pic of the one I want, and tell them what time. A couple times, they've said "not available" and gave me alternate times, which worked out. Your experience is disconcerting to hear, if they're doing the bait and switch these days.
