I got out for the first time in many moons last week. I visited two old favorites and had a good time at both. East side, AG Spa on Gilbert Rd. West side, The Great Spa on Peoria Ave.

Anymore, if their price is too high I walk. Just works better for me and at the least, I get to enjoy a nice table shower.

2 Felony Massage case updates.

(I am following about 20 felony massage, escort etc cases in Superior Court but am about 2 months behind updating and only spend a few hours a week on the Courts filing system.).

Shangri-Li Massage.

Trial continued from 2015 arrests as some take more plea deals to avoid potential prison. Appears only 2 cases still in progress but both recently took pleas.

H. D. Took felony plea and on 3/6/2017 sentenced to 1 year probation.

On 7/15/2015 a detective paid $40 for a massage and she offered manual sex for $40.

Pled to securing proceeds of an offense a class 6 felony and other more serious charges dismissed.

Presentence report: Lives with husband of 12 years in Nevada with daughter and son-in-law for the last 5 years. "believes conviction is fair and wants to improve life. " No priors, no drug or alcohol use, no childhood trauma. Lost massage license in both AZ and NV due to this charge and no means of support other than husband. Allowed to apply for Interstate Compact transfer to serve probation in NV. A low risk to re-offend.

2nd H. D. (same initials different women).

2/27/2017 Pled to 2 counts of facilitation to commit money laundering a class 6 felony and other more serious charges dismissed. Sentencing scheduled for 5/1/2017. Presentence report pending.

Devi Fe Mind and Body Massage case update.

As of 3/17/2017 8 arrested and 3 still with arrest warrants outstanding and not yet found.

Most have four felony counts related to criminal enterprise as usual. One newly arrested is in Federal custody in Colorado and a new bench warrant has been issued.

State disclosed a large list of witnesses, bank records etc.

Bails ranged from $50 to $5400 some show not paid so some may still in jail awaiting trial. Bail difference may be by luck of who the bail judge is or good attorneys?

Case young since arrests made in September 2016.

Next status hearing 3/27/17.

Saw an ad for a country day spa (AMP) and said 30 for 30 minutes for full body massage, but 40 for 30 for thai. Is this extra 10 for the back walking or something like that?

I have had some great walking on back massage (in Toronto) where you can not tell it isn't their hands very well done and usually have a bar on ceiling the gal holds herself up on while walking / kneading.

Full body is full body except the genitals since that is illegal in the USA "Extra's" are negotiated and illegal which is why so many felony cases of massage gals in Phoenix over the last few years. Phoenix takes sexual pleasure very seriously as a harm to our society since no women would do such a horrid act unless they were a victim of abuse or forced into it. Per long term Vice Det on stand testifying in the Goddess Temple case. LE is trying hard to protect us from any pleasure. Violence and shooting with guns seems preferable, with often less severe prison terms vs. Consenting adult pleasure sharing.

.[/QUOTE]Thai massage doesn't sound fun to me and actually painful. I wouldn't want to be twisted around like a pretzel. My legs, etc are just fine, usually just my back is tight. And I would have looked like quite the fool paying for a Thai type massage thinking she would walk on my back (I have a bad / sore back- not injured, just tight a lot, probably due to random sleep schedule) and instead start getting all twisted around. Would have been like WTF!
