Not many girls out. I passed through the area around 6pm on my way to Business and saw several nice looking WSW. Pleasure brought me to your fair city earlier in the day and decided to scout out Sully on the way out of town. Been through there a few times before and stick to the bottoms. Activities earlier in the day depleted my funds and did not want to find an atm so this was only a window shopping run. First lap about 7:30 pm had me rethinking that atm vist, saw a pair of young blonde hotties walking near Sully and Glenwood towards the gas station at Central and Sully. At the bus stop across from the gas station there was a lovely couple blessing everyone within earshot with a nice shouting match. Was kind of hoping the guy would do something to shut her up but didn't stick around long to see what happened. I didn't see one single SW during lunch and dinner runs, yesterday and today. But uncle LEO is in full effect! During one lap I counted 8 cars, and 6 cars at lunch today. I think they were all different cars each time.
I think the "West Side Creeper" has uncle LEO upset, and the trickle down effect is causing the dry spell. Conversely on Monday and Tuesday there were tons of available SWs.
Hopefully things improve for the weekend.

Just last Sunday the mayor and news crews were touting how much certain parts of Hilltop had improved recently. Then you have this creeper guy getting all this press for months. It seems logical (however accurate / inaccurate) that the increased patrols may be related.
