Recently passed contact info to someone on here that was reaching out for help in finding someone. Responded via pm with the number of a lady that was looking for new friends. Deed was done and the jerk "forgot" to comp. Just a warning to those that try to help others out.
I am looking for a snow bunny in the gwinnett area any recommendations would be appreciated.

Fair enough. She was 24, I'm 62. M / G was at a Mexican restaurant for dinner, margaritas and conversation. No donations. She thought about it for a week, then messaged she would like to meet again. She didn't specify an amount. I try to make it a memorable experience, chose a 4 star hotel and she stayed the night. I put an envelope in her purse with $$, so my investment in the first meet was dinner, drinks, hotel and the envelope, about 4 $. Steep by most standards, but she is 5/10, athletic, blonde, stacked and good looking to my taste. College grad and the conversation was intelligent.
Those are the things I look for anyway. After the first meet there were 3 more but then she decided to move along. I get a text from her occasionally, but she doesn't seem interested in a repeat and after this much time it would be a little weird. But for me it was memorable and I'm glad I didn't block her.
Pro and Agency. Wants 400 and in apartment off Perimeter. Hell to the naw.

I just finished "30 days in the bowl" (report coming.) and that's exactly what I'm looking for. Plenty of opportunities to get together but as I would put it, no real keepers. There are a few "booty call" keepers but not really what I was looking for. My first month just expired and I'm going to work the number list that I built to see if I can find one like this. I'll post a report in a few days.

Anyone use AirBnB on a regular basis for sugaring? I've thought about it but never really comes to mind when I'm actually going to see someone. I've looked at it before and it seems not all places let you check in remotely w / o meeting someone first. Then alot of places aren't really private as it's only a room in a house. Then I see the opposite scenario where it's a large 3+ bedroom house which is overkill and too expensive.
Just wondering if it's really a good option. I searched and saw a couple posts but didn't seem to be alot of people doing this. Like to hear any feedback, tips, etc. Also, if anyone has recommendation on places to use would be good too especially if it's in the Cobb / Perimeter / Roswell areas.

The best options are the one-bedroom apartments, since you have the whole place to yourself, but it isn't as expensive as renting a whole house. You just have to make sure you read the description carefully, because sometimes even if you search for properties where you rent the "entire space," it means you're getting one bedroom but have free access to the kitchen and den where other guests are staying. Before you pay, it let's you book a place and chat with the property owner. I always asked them "I'll be the only person in the apartment, correct?" just to confirm.
We used a different AirBnB every week except for a great location we found in Midtown, and I never once had to meet the property owner. They either had a keypad to get into the apartment, an app that lets you unlock doors when you hold your phone up to it, or they placed the key in a hidden area and told me where it was.
The AirBnBs actually made the girl more comfortable than a hotel room, so we had more fun and for longer periods of time than in a hotel room.
As far as price goes, for a single bedroom apartment, depending on the area, you'll be looking at between 75-150 after all the taxes and added fees (the price is never the one advertised. They all add cleaning fees, etc.). If you see an offering for below that, then it's probably just a single bedroom.
There are a ton of places near the new Braves stadium. Quite a few people bought or rented the new apartments when they went up just to rent out on game days, so no one actually lives there when it's not being rented. I prefer those properties, because it's awkward to be in a bedroom surrounded by someone else's personal belongings.

If it's just a question of them having the "platonic" tag selected, I totally ignore that and proceed like I would with any other girls. Can't say the success rte is any lower. Lot's of girls check that box so they can have "plausible deniability" if anyone sees their profile that could embarrass them. Hell, some girls select both "friends with benefits" AND "platonic. " The box means nothing.
Now, if they have some thing like "ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL CONTACT!
I got a one bedroom apartment Airbnb about a month or so ago in the Marietta area. I agree with everything Virgil is saying here. One thing I'd add is that the one I used had a Ring doorbell so I was on camera every time I walked in and out as was the girl I brought there. It's how the host would know I got in ok. He even messaged me through the site saying "I see you made it in ok. Let me know if you need anything. " That was a little uncomfortable but other than that it was more comfortable than a hotel.
