My understanding is that they basically "rent" their massage license to the stores they manage so that each store has a licensed person in charge. The only exception I know of is Harmony Massage on Chamblee-Tucker road. An older white guy owns that place. It is huge and strictly legit from what I've experienced. But it does have the best frequent visitor deal. Only 6 visits gets you a discount. Usually get a really good massage there, but again, strictly legit.

Here's a high-level update on this place. I visit for legit service when I really need it, so no happiness obtained here in the past. Kim has been wanting to sell it for a while and recently did, or whatever. See posts on "ownership" below. There were several Asian-mafia looking guys in there the other night running things, but they seemed pretty cool. 1 hr went up from $60 to $70. Only saw one familiar face, plus a couple new ladies were there. Neither of them was anything to write home about, but it's possible things will change here with the new management in place. I will continue to visit on occasion and provide updates accordingly.

So I was out late and decided to stop by Papermill Massage due to Katy closing early. I have only experienced older providers here, but decided what the heck.
