For CBJ and cfs you will need to go to the Parkville area. For a virtually guaranteed CBJ and cfs you will need to venture to Greenbelt.

You are better off going to Greenbelt which is also about an hour drive from Frederick. GB is a much better option.

Older providers, but RL Therapy in Laurel also offers a full menu. There are a number of other places in southern Anne Arundel County and Princes Georges county that offer a full menu. There are also places north and east of Baltimore many near the Delaware border that also offer a full menu. I have read reviews for a number of places in Pennsylvania that also offer a full menu. I visited a friend just before COVID hit in PA, but the wife decided to tag along, so I did not get to check any of them out. You have plenty of choices. Now you just need to decide which way to go and who to see.

This is a legit establishment from all things I can tell. No bell to ring or inner door or cameras. She even makes people sign in and leave contact info.
