How can you rent a car and equip it with the police lights and equipment? I've seen police cars when they are done and shipping them off to the auction, and they are gutted because of all the equipment, lights and heavy-duty stuff like engine and suspension.

I consider myself someone who pays attention to detail and has pretty good instincts, but I'm not sure what one should look for to be sure.

Are the blocks empty and the regulars have all disappeared? Are the women stationed in one place. Is there a van parked on the corner and a bum sitting nearby? If you pull down the street is there a cruiser parked a couple blocks down? But still in sight?

Once you witness the setup it's very easy to spot again. If you park and watch you'll see cars and bikes pull up but they will always leave without the lady jumping into their car. A few blocks later you see LEO lights flashing as they pull over another victim. Sometimes you'll see an out of place SW as you cruise by. A little later on the same corner you'll see a different out of place SW as they rotate the worker after each solicitation.

If you pull the trigger never mention anything about sex and money.
