Was prowling around Baltimore again...getting to be a habit, and found a nice pair of WSW.
First I saw a lovely young wsw on Gilmor. She was a 5'5 brunette, slim almost CCW, with very long hair bleached a sandy color. She wanted to chat through the window right at the corner with all types of LE patrolling around. I was sketched and so was she. She didn't want to get in so I said bon voyage.

Mid to late 20s, brown hair blue eyes, a little warn from the streets. Apparently she has been out there for a long time. None the less beautiful. Anyone can call with a tag number and they did with me. Some crazy road rage lady called the police with my tag number and said that I hit her car in Brooklyn. She also told the police that I had a gun and that I pulled up next to her car and pointed it at her. The police pulled me over three separate times to look for a gun. They even had the dog check my car, but no gun was found because there was none. The third time I was pulled over, the police checked the car again and said that I assaulted the woman. I told them I do not know that woman at all. They then arrested me and took me to central booking for the night.
Needless to say I was pissed. My car was towed and I had to pay to get it out. I have to get a lawyer. I have to take time off of work. This woman has the potential to put me in prison because she got pissed off. This is absolutely surreal. The police do not investigate anymore, they just arrest and let the courts figure it out. Guys be careful out there.

Sorry to hear of your troubles.
Without a doubt, the real punishment for mongers is often what you have gone through. That's one of the reasons LE does what they do: they know you won't get a conviction but you will get a huge hassle, which for them, is LE's way of punishing you. I and others have previously posted that LE will arrest and then make the courts figure it out. Their performance is usually assessed by the arrests they make and not convictions by prosecutors.
A good lawyer can in no way erase what has happened so far but will go a long way towards making sure nothing else comes of it. Not that it makes much of a difference to you or would alleviate the crap that you have suffered so far but you may even get a little lucky and your lawyer will make the officer and the complaintent look silly and stupid.
Again, little consequence to you but sometimes you have to take what you can get.

There should be someway to make her pay restitution for wasting law enforcement, the judicial system, and your time and money for a false charge!
People like her need to realize the effect they have on others and should have to pay for abusing the system. Perhaps this would discourage others from doing the same shit! After the first pull over, this issue should have been resolved right then and there. Three times and then an arrest? This is bull shit! I'm so fucking mad over this!!!
This unbelievable it's amazing how the cops have the right to arrest someone merely on word of girl say you assaulted her. It probably would have been a good idea to have a lawyer come down to the police station or at least consulted him over the phone. This way you probably could have put a end to this nonsense quickly. I bet the crazy lady can't even identify you. When this happens it will quickly end this case.

Just so you know, if you say that she assulted you, she gets as arredted as well and they will sort it out in the station.

I would have and it would have served her right for lying. If she was made to suffer the humilation and the degradation that I did, I quite sure that she would never falsely accuse anyone ever again. Fact is,I have a pretty clean record and I do no not know much things of this nature.
I have to find a good lawyer because I do not want this on my record. It is a damn shame that you are actually guilty until proven innocent instead of the misleading judicial quote of "Innocent until proven guilty".

I have had trouble finding the really good girls that gave me the GFE back in the day most of girls I see out there are do not seem worth it. I got harassed by police several months ago but no citations were written now arrests were made I signed no papers nothing came in the mail. My record is clean as a whistle and I'm working a lot more. So I'm THINKING of potentially retiring from this hobby at the young age of 26. I'm not sure whether I should quit cold turkey (haven't picked up anything since mid June anyways and haven't had any FS since early spring) or whether I should just have one last experience before retirement.

I've been seeing more of this type of behavior lately, and I think I know why. The new system for sting operations has a flex unit member make the pick up and take the gal for a ride to a central location for processing and arrest which is usually located off a loop just out of sight. Essentially they sweep the streets. Because they are using the flex units, they can accomplish multiple division sweeps and process at central. During the last bust, they cleaned out W/W, SA, B/CB and took them all to Brooklyn to be hauled away to central.
This reminds me of the past. On occasion, when the woman looked less attractive curbside than 50 yards out, I would firmly say just stand back and shut the door honey. Stay outside of the car. She would than shut the door and walk away yelling "he's a cop", "he's a cop". I only had to do this twice and it worked like a charm. That's when I would leave the passenger door unlocked and window 2/3 the way door for smooth pickup. Those days are over. Earlier in the day on the loops, I ran into a very unruly gal on W/W who jumped off the curb and began yelling at me through the window because I've never picked her up. So much for subtlety. I calmly asked her to step away from the car. Believe it or not someone picked her up behind me. I'd love to see that report! For all the newbies. If a woman is acting like a maniac on the curb or in the gutter, how do you think she will act once in your car?

This will give you the power you need to shake up their departments. Then, you will need to use the media which is costly but will increase your power in which your will blame everything on the failed training of the captain and ask for his job. Stay on this guys job. You need four lawyers additionally to take it to fed court which will f*uck there heads up. Suing the captain will causes the sheep blow down. Remember cops are nothing but losers who could not get in college. When you get to the Mayor attack her poll number stay your a tea party member or some shit. Then, related the management of the jails to her. You my be Mayor if you play it right. The cost $50, 000- $250, 000. Good luck!
