So when an Ad Call Me number does not match the number in the body of the Ad I really think what's going on is that provider just forgot to change the Call Me number before posting. Maybe they want to use a new phone number so they update the number in the body of the Ad but they totally forget about the Call Me number.
So I wouldn't worry too much if you do see two different numbers in the same Ad.
