It can be confusing with the other, but Best "Spa" is the one on Savannah Hwy and yes they're new. Times I've went was during the week evening time (only one there) and afternoon one weekend. Haven't tried a Sunday. Did call Sunday but told me was close and this was around 7:30 ish so went following day.

The other is Best "Massage" on rivers ave.

You will never see those ladies at the actual parlor.
