They take pride in living in "the hood". They like knowing they can score any type of drug at a moments notice.

Having a regular job, stable income and a set routine is more then they can deal with.

Hanging out in Downtown LA and work have put me in the area early mornings on weekends so I drive up Fig from downtown to Imperial. I don't see SW's, just too much hassle and clockwatching.
