I had to pick up some family from Midway twice in the past two weeks. One time ended up being 1 am the other 10:30 PM. I had to kill time for the first and drove on 47th. Granted it was snowing, but I saw nothing. Took Cic to I-290 nothing, same for my 2nd trip. Times are changing.
The idea of a second phone is to mitigate risk in case you get robbed or ripped off. Someone grabs your throwaway and all you are out is the phone and what ever usage is left on it. Someone grabs your smartphone with google voice etc, and you have to pay a lot to replace it. In addition you most likely have personal information on your phone that you don't want shared with the world. Unless you have a strong password, how many people really do, they probably will quickly run up several thousand dollars worth of international calls to some back water country and you will have to fight with your phone company about paying that bill.

I once visited a farm house with a monger phone. During the session, I had an overwhelming feeling of weakness because their was no connection to me and the location.

After the deed the would tell me to look them up on BP or Cityv*** and I would think why should I pay the price you quote on the website when you are giving it you for ten percent what you ask for in the ad.
I agree with the provider theory in principle with the caveat that you do put your self at risk in a lot of different ways out here. It's possible you can get hurt on the street or in a girls place of residence. If it doesn't feel good it's probably not. Don't take too big of a chance.
Here's my post for today: I met amber again at her place. She is soo sweet tight beautiful and trying to get clean. Suboxin. I really wish she succeeds with it! It's really love at first sight! I must have been driving from 11 to almost 4 in the morning and nothing worth stopping for. I did see a girl named jb a while back on north ave and cic, she was cool but wanted too much for what she offered. 40 for CBJ and around $ for fsc. She is not too bad looking has a decent attitude but all covered. I also meet anther girl around the same area, stay away. When I dropped her off I seen something I wish I would have seen earlier, a WSW, black hair, black coat. Wasn't LEO either cause she was walking not standing in one spot.

You can do a search on the link and you will find that it is a scam designed to get your name, number, picture, town, and city off of a website that promises all on a national database for those who have solicited prostitutes. The way it works is that fakes post ads on BP and you text back. Once they have your "information" (at this point. Probably only your number) they contact you with an email message that says something like, "xCity, xState Enforcement is using this service to catch guys (insert url with your telephone number at the end) and I saw your number is active. If I were you I would delete it." You can respond via text, but they won't answer. When you click on the link, you can see what they have so far. Your number and all other information (pic, city, state) "pending." There is a Delete Profile button that, when you click on it, takes you to three choices: 1) pay $295 and they will contact the complainer (the person who allegedly gave the information up) and require them to get all information (eg. Your personal information, hard evidence, witness statements, etc). To them within 7-15 days or your profile will automatically be deleted. 2) pay $395 and they will make the requirement for 5-7 days. 3) pay $495 and they will give the complaintant 24 hours to get them the information. They promise to remove the profile permanently if conditions aren't met.
So. You pay some amount and then you pray that the complaintant can't come up with the info in time. Or. If they do, you're out the $.
The rub is that none of it is true. Oh. They might post the information. And you could be trying to explain why it is up, or they will only post what you give them. They are counting on you responding, researching, having an attorney contact them, or worse. They will simply call you and get your name off of your voice mail (if you don't answer) and your pic off your phone (if you keep it on there) - or get that information from you with an offer. The bottom line is, once they get the money. They don't eliminate the profile, but they repeat the profile again elsewhere with another offer. Or. They drain your cc account.
One website stated that this scam originates in India and there isn't much you can do once they have your information.
Be careful! I guess the only way to avoid all of this is to be sure to use an untraceable phone without your name etc. Attached.
If you do get a text as described, your best bet (if you don't have name and pic attached to phone in your voice mail) is to call your provider and change numbers. Then the only thing they have is a cell number.

Total pro. Turns out she's the mother of the twins that work the street, Cassandra and the other 1 (can't remember name off hand).
Cass had a kid in Nov. (hopefully not a girl as we know how this family turns out ho's) probably a johns.
Cass is a fun ride too when she's got a little substance in her, otherwise boring as hell.
