Just wanted to drop you a line and express an opinion that I am fully confident will come in handy to those that truly want to make a go of the profession. Asking for money up front - Big downer! Counting funds in front of the client - REALLY big downer! Excusing yourself to the bathroom (or out of sight to any room) while in the company of your client just before anything takes place - Bad idea! Saying things like, "Can't do 'that', but next visit you can. " - really dumb, because there won't be a next time.
Advertising GFE and there is absolutely no LFK or DFK - Bad idea! And, NO, a brief peck on the check or lips does NOT constitute kissing. Perhaps there are those that have Girl Friends that do NOT kiss, but they would not be a girl friend for long in my estimation.
If you are a high-end provider say, $$$ to $$$$+ range, then these things are TOTALLY unacceptable. Key tip here is, the higher the $, the higher the expectation. My guess is you won't be generating those kinds of funds on a consistent basis if you fall short of expectations. One would think consistency and repeat biz would be the name of the game, NOT one-and-done.
