She didn't respond until Wednesday afternoon, but was apologetic. I asked if she could do Friday, and she scheduled me for the evening. I have never been asked to pay before meeting up, although I can't say that I never have before hand. Once again, with a trusted provider.

I would not recommend paying electronically before hand, unless the situation was right.
