18000 X how many spas their names on.
Do you think we buy this story. Crack heads on the street probably make that amount. Happy Mongering.
Yeah, I can buy that. I've actually met both Richard and Andrea. They're kind of consultants so if you take that amount and times it with the number of spas their names are on then it makes more sense. Use your calculator Bookman. Annie from Tokyo Spa is in hiding in Florida because of a situation with one of the girls that worked with her there that involved money and a green card. And from some of the stories I've heard about Sammie I don't totally buy the pumping problems (though I do buy I. E. Human Trafficking, illegal activity) going on at SUN Spa too. I can see why MVOC would want to challenge these two spas. They are the too largest and the two that had problems in the last couple of years. So the first barrell has been shot across the bow of city council by the spas. Now this will get interesting. Watch this ordinance get bogged down in the court systems for a while. I'll be selling umbrellas for all you chicken littles. New girl to arrive at Fantacy next week? Or another return of another favorite?
Sorry folks but the END has been delayed (with links)
The first lawsuits have been filed against city council on behalf of the parlors. Here we go!
Here are some links to what Bikerman just posted about:

So, I guess the sky isn't going to be falling anytime soon. Seems like Warren City Council abused some of their powers in passing this ordinance. I definitely see some lack of enthusiasm from Hicks. So I guess we got nothing to fear but fear itself.
Happy Fearmongering.
Nice Try But Your Story Is False
Reality check.
10 spa inside the city of Warren. 8 spa owned by Korean. 1 by Caucasian and 1 by Vietnamese. All 8 of Korean spa together hired a Korean male from Parma to represent for them all, Gemini and Fantacy spa refuse to involved with the Korean group.
At the meeting for all spa owner with the Warren city official on Feb / 03, included 2 Warren city official, Gemini spa owner, Fantacy spa owner and D. K (Korean male name from Parma to represent 8 Korean spa.)
Two warning was give to Sun spa:
All of the working girl at Tokyo and Sun spa I'd. (A. K. A fake.)
Most of the background check (girl worked at Sun spa.) from WPD returned with unknow. He (as Korean guy.) promised these girl will not come back to Warren.
Also MVOC going to put more time to investigate Sun and Tokyo spa.
BTW the first 2 lagre spa in Warren they want to shut down.
"SUN and TOKYO."
As always stay safe.
I'll be back.
According to tribtodaydotcom story today Fantacy Spa is indeed joined with the Korean spas and no Korean lawyers involved. Good old American names for lawyers. What happened Mr. Bullshit? Happy Mongering.
You are right on. This time!
The spas are the ones that are fearful of what the new legislation brings. They see the end of their "business" and they know that they are in the sights of the FEDS, the local law enforcement and the state who are targeting the spas.
Springfield Ohio had their spas shut down and there were legal challenges there too. The spas lost. You can bet that any lawsuit will be thrown out as frivolous as the same laws have been passed in other cities and held to be legal and constitutional. The same thing happened in Nashville, TN. The spas there tried in vain to stop their shut down. Nashville is now spa less where before there were almost 20 in the city.
Look for the Toledo spas to be next.
Anyone can bring a lawsuit against anyone and try to win. In this case, the spas will lose. The spas are now getting desperate. Seeing how they have brought a lawsuit, look for the city of Warren to start heavy undercover work at the spas. The lawsuit is pissing off the people of Warren. They will demand undercover operations at the spas to prove prostitution is going on. With the influx of federal money, cost will be no problem. The owners are trying to stop the inevitable and know the end is near.
This is the most factual post I have seen that deals with the legislation! Warren's administration is going to look genius when LEO gets a large cash influx! I still don't beleive this is going to affect all the spas, a few of them will survive this round.
Pretty much business as usual for right now
Guess I should have read back a couple of weeks before the prior report. I guess the big question is "is it business as usual at the AMPs?"
All I can speak to is Sun from a week ago. Things very normal, Spa busy, girls fun, food good. I think it will be a while before the city get's it's act together on how they are going to enforce the new law. The mama's now have their lawyers working on what the law will mean and how they can survive it's restrictions.
Now there have been lot's of unsourced inside reports on these pages of aggressive implementation of the law but nothing so far.
