They most care about one thing and are willing to overlook most anything if they could get that 1 thing- a ban on abortion. They will vote for whoever candidate will most likely repeal Roe v. Wade. There's a whole laundry list of things that as if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris maintained their position, their base would stick by them regardless of abortion rights. Among these are protections for LGBTQ+ people, healthcare, immigration reform, DACA, police britality against POC, corporate tax reform, etc.

Like I said, most of the evangelicals I spoke with a 1 issue voters, and if they can get abortion rights rescinded, AND get healthcare to the poor (for their heal the sick urges), they will swing blue. Evangelicals care about being seen as "Jesus like". That's why protecting the fetus is such a big deal; it's the BIGGEST deal. It matters more to them than anything else.

But however way the voter math would work in their favor if they did a 180 on pro-choice policy, they are not going to do it. Because pro-choice isn't just about fetuses. Pro-choice is being able to choose a lot of things, such as gender identity, pro-getting married or not getting married, choosing to serve openly in the military. I keep seeing providers say in their adds "I don't have time for endless texts" or "only text me if you are ready to see me right now."

While it's totally understandable that there are probably a lot of creeps out there that hit these women up for nudes or some back and fourth with no intention of seeing them, some of these providers won't even answer a second text.

When I contact a new provider it is the same routine every time. I usually get everything covered in three to four messages, I could send one message with all of the questions but I've always thought that to be rude.

1.) Are you taking new clients?

2.) Part of town?

3.) Rates?

4.) Menu limitations?

Five years ago most providers would answer all of those questions and we'd be off to the races. Now I would say 70% or less respond to the initial text, then from there I'm lucky to see 30% make it to the second one. I'd say one in ten clearly answer all my questions and get through sending 2-3 messages in response.

I guess I'll just start sending long initial texts and see where that gets me. I'm very selective about who I contact, and usually don't reach out unless I've seen them get a "good" review on here hoping that I'll be dealing with someone who can be professional for 3 minutes. How f*cking hard is it to market yourself a little bit to land a good client? This isn't even marketing really, it's just laying out your terms.
