It is on the same building as what is now supposedly closed L Massage on 5th street. L Massage was on the south side of the building on the second floor. This nail spa is on 1326 5th street on the north side. If you got to Rubmaps the blue arrow is off by a block and a half. They have that on State and Fourth.
