Then there was the place that was directly across from the Cocoa Police Department, they were in business in that location for a long time. And, while they aren't the qualify of the Orlando businesses, Massage Matters, Palm Tree, Tokyo, even Wendy and Krys, have all been around a long time. As I said in the earlier post, I know we don't have anything that compares favorably to the places in Orlando, but I don't believe Brevard has a compelling history of shutting places down quickly either. While everything we're saying on the subject is purely speculative, my speculation still goes back to supply and demand, hugely a function of population, the population of Orange County is well beyond that of Brevard or Volusia.
