Hopefully the experience is similar to my experience at FHOH (Sandra will be my measuring stick) and will report back.

(1) requires drivers license *and* work I'd to schedule.

(2) on site, the elevator opens up to a fully staffed (legit) check-in desk that services multiple businesses in the same open space suite.

(3) the front desk asks you to fill out new patient forms like any other medical office.

It is definitely can definitely on the FHOH although I think the menu can open up multiple visits, and "trust". Damage all together was $. 5.(45 mins) for let's call it a NOVA+.

Per PJ's post, yes. All that is true. I questioned the patient forms and didn't supply any information other than my name and that's on my I'd. So if you are worried privacy she might not be the right person for you. I have a few old work ids so I supplied those as proof. You only have to fill the form out for your first visit. I do admit it was very uncomfortable to walk out the elevator to a shared workspace, so I'll see if I'll be back.

Below is some details and experience:

1. Best to call in the morning. Confirmed that she will ask for first name, last name, email address and phone number.

2. Confirmed she wants to see an I'd and proof of work I'd. Even Linkedin profile would be ok. I texted her a pic of my driver license and busines card.

3. Confirmed front desk that services multiple businesses in the same open space suite. However in the weekend, there is more privacy as there are almost no one there including front desk person and the lady will personally escort you from the lobby.

4. Massage is pretty decent. I felt relaxed but little or no teasing. Prob because it was my visit.

5. Pic is accurate. Very attractive, thin but amazing curves. You'll have to initiate for NOVA + . More may be available but we shall see.

Lots of talk lately about K Arcadia. I have noticed that her ads are no longer on Craigslist.

I was browsing ads in Eros and found one for her. It's under Washington DC, massage / tantra section under the name Kay.

A few of the same pictures as he Craigslist ad, but a few others too that are a bit more reveling. Also a different number then her K Arcadia web page.

I don't have time this week to make an appt so I have not tried calling to see if she has the same screening process as before which prevented me from scheduling with her. Maybe it's less now but wanted to pass on the info.

I like to think of myself as a pretty level headed guy. I'm not quick to anger, and I tend to keep an open mind on things. But today as I went to fulfill my appt with KA, she had to cancel it and told me that since she pushed away one of her clients who refused to comply with her policy about identification requirements. This salty needle dick cumstain of a fuck decided to call Uncle LEO and sent the entire Fire Marshall Squad to harass and ransack her studio. She's no longer allowed to give massage now and is now on the radar and has to keep low. For now she can only do skin treatments, and thus ruined is the potential for more variety.

One fucking asshole of a man now ruins the game for everybody because he didn't want to play by the rules. I'm absolutely livid and the whole ordeal really wants me to reconsider my contributions to the board and just keep my mouth shut and not share in the fruits of my research. Most of you guys are cool and I'm sure the offender here doesn't even have an account on the website but fuck you whoever you are you beta cuck of a swine.

I understand if you don't want to give personal info and I understand if you don't get more miles per gallon than other cohorts on the board but it's never NEVER an excuse to retaliate like a petulant child and stop everyone else from having fun just because things didn't go your way. So thanks for ruining something new in NoVa. I guess it's back to crusty handjobs from 60 year old cronies.

Not only has he ruined things for everyone else, one has to wonder how much personal identifying information (PII) Uncle LEO was able to collect as a result of this disgruntled monger's call.

I don't give out my PII for a variety of reasons. If a provider wants it I politely decline, thank her and move on. If I see such a requirement listed in the provider's ad, I don't contact her. That's the best way to handle such a situation.

They have to catch you in the act and as far as they're aware. I'm getting a massage, but it does mean I have to burn bridges with her and can never return for fear she may have cut a deal with LEO to help entrap John's. I'm inclined to believe that isn't the case since she was nice enough to be honest with me about the situation and just cancelled my appt and told me she's going to lay low for now.
